Quick thing I want to mention, part one was more about adapting the season 2 plot line to my what if idea. Where as this part is more loosely based of the season 3 with influences from the comics, with new characters and plot ideas. That's why Sam was introduced in part one since I knew I wasn't going to use her as the villain.
