"What if it was the prince who needed saving?"
Not receiving an ounce of love even in his childhood, he became heartless. His cold exterior scared people away, and not to mention his detached, unemotional personality. Haunted by his past, he was use...

"My cookie doesn't have enough chocolate chips" I tell mom, who rolls her light brown, almost amber eyes at me. "Tell that to the manufacturers" she remarks while also doing the dishes.
"You are the manufacturer" I dip my cookie in tea "Are you sure Ria is gonna be safe? I mean, I know Central Park isn't far from here, but he could be an axe murderer for all we know" I take a bite, my belly satisfied after eating my sixth cookie in a row.
She sighs "I'm sure she'll be fine, Trea. Didn't you tell me you had to meet a friend?"
I have to pick up Rina from the airport.
I internally squeal with excitement. I'm going to be seeing her after so long! I have the entire day planned in the notes app of my phone. I stuff the entire cookie in my mouth, somehow manage to kiss mom on the cheek and take off with the keys in my hand.
I blast Infinity by James Young in the car and bob my head to the music. I would give him a Nobel prize for this masterpiece.
I reach the airport and jump out of the car, taking my phone off the dashboard and putting it in my pocket. Wouldn't wanna miss the first selfie.
I look around until I get bored and take a seat on an airport bench after buying myself a little sandwich. It's disgusting.
Finally, I spot Rina in the crowd with one bag in each hand. She looks cool as always. Baggy jeans are her thing.
"Rina!" I scream so loud that I hurt my throat, and go running towards her. When she looks at me running towards her like a mad man, she drops both her bags and opens her arms, laughing.
I hug her tighter than ever, the scent of her light perfume messing with my nostrils and almost making me sneeze. Some of her blonde hair gets in my mouth but I don't mind.
When we pull away, I grab both my elbows and examine her. Everything seems the same, except for the piercing on her left eyebrow. I squeal. "You got your eyebrow pierced!"
"You once told me I'd look good in an eyebrow piercing, and I've learnt not to question your taste" her soothing voice declares. I almost ugly cry.
"There's this new coffee shop in town that I wanna show you. It has so many cute decor items and the coffee is immaculate. Come on!" I practically drag her to my car and stuff her in the passenger's seat, but she doesn't question.
"So, what's the deal with Zane?" She takes her nude coloured heels off and sits cross-legged on the seat, turning towards me. I bite my cheek.
"You wanna know?" I wink, a huge grin plastered on my face. She scoffs and completely stretches out her legs over the dashboard.
I fill in every detail that I might've missed, and also tell her about me being mad at him even though I asked him the question and he sincerely answered. Still.
