What power does hatred have over love?

Risa's Summary: Adele and Tyler are like sides of a magnet. But time proves to be working on something neither of them expects. Piece by piece, one trouble at a time, they grow closer.
Will Adele's romantic past eat at her present?
Is love strong enough to bloom?

Fragile Hearts was an entertaining read. The enemies to lovers trope is indeed an engaging and interesting one, and thus far, the author did a decent job in working with that.

However, the plot didn't really sit right with me. I found it quite shallow as there was pretty much nothing to look forward to, save for the romance which was quite sure to bloom between Adele and Tyler.

Grammar was very impressive! There were a few errors here and there, but nothing too strong to pull one out of the story.

I read just five chapters, so there's good chance I did not get to the really good parts. But far as I read, the few plot points I was able to make out just did not add up. Plus, I'm still struggling to understand why two adults/individuals in their late teens hate each other so much simply because one of them won a dance competition when they were kids. I mean, that's the reason for all the bitterness?

I believe a stronger plot can be woven, more plot points created, the characters made more realistic.

In conclusion, Fragile Hearts gave me a good time. The cover is decent, quite appealing. The book summary I found empty despite the bulk, all it did for me was explain the book's title.

Fragile Hearts is an entertaining and promising read. I would recommend this to anyone who'd love a light-hearted romance with the enemies to lovers trope.
