For the first time in a long time Jamie had "The Dream".
Ever since he'd matted with Elaine his wolf dreams had been few and far between. In fact he hadn't heard his wolves voice since he matted with his alpha and had pups. Now the little beast seemed content with purring for their pups to keep them calm, help them sleep or returning when it came time for his het to return and he needed to be fucked hard and fast by his Brazilian mate.
So suffice it to say when he reawakened as an wolf he grew a little concerned.
Most things where the same, like their den and the strong winds in the beautiful starry night sky, but there where some changes.
For one, the den Elaine had made for them didn't only house him, but their two pups as well. Their cute little fur bodies were sound asleep next to him in their den as the cool night air blew past. It's fearsome howl roaring a unique lullaby as they slept.
With a dog like shake of his wolves head he glanced around the small compact den for familiar sight of his mate but she wasn't there. In fact, her scent that was once always present seemed to have faded.
Concerned the small wolf boy sniffed his slumbering pups and gave each of them a small lick on their heads before he set out to search for his mate.
Outside the den the full moon rose high as the stars in the night sky shined brighter than the brightest lights man could ever create. It's grass blew and danced as the cool night air caressed his fur making the wolf boys body shiver from nose to tail.
He felt so cold and alone in the night, doubt and fear creped on him like a predator in the night.
Stealing his nerves he found the stream where he first met Elaine in her own wolf form and he caught a new scent. It was faint in it's prestation but just strong enough that his weak wolf nose could sense it. While concerning it was the all to familiar scent of Elaine that seemed to follow the trail that made the wolf boy worry.
Confusion and nerves clutched at his heart as his wolf pushed forward after the scents, determined to find his mate.
For what seemed like forever he followed the two scents, crossing treacherous rocks and dangerous streams of roaring water. Fatigue started to crepe up on him as he looked to the moon, taking a rest from the long trek.
"Where is she." he wondered, falling down to his belly breathing heavy.
With a sniff of the trail he could tell he was getting closer to her and the other scent, but with every step further to find her he left his two pups alone in their den.
Weighing his options the small wolf boy gave a long loud howl to the nights sky.
He waited for a response but none came. Then he howled again and again but no response came.
Steeling his resolve as fear crept inside his mind he found his feet once more and pushed further after the two scents until he was met with a clearing. The large and dense tree's seemly opened mercifully, rewarding him for his determination.
Inside were two wolves, one a large and a caramel brown it's body big and made for a fight.
"Elaine!" Jamie cheered to himself before the second wolf caught his attention.
This wolf while not as big as his mate, she was definitely bigger and more beautiful than Jamie. Her scent was wild and exotic while her white and black coat flowed in the night sky as the two wolves played.
