      Changing into their street clothes the pair joined Jamie and his family for French fries, burgers and Italian ice.

      Something Taejo reveled in.

           "This is by far the best after game celebration ever! Do you guys always do this?" Taejo beamed eating his perfectly warm and greasy burger.

          "Sometimes we do sometimes we don't. It honestly just depends on everyone's diet. " Jamie said eating his freshly made French fries before checking on the twins who played with their food to his right in their stroller.

          "Well this is awesome, the perfect tradition!" Taejo declared with another bite of his burger making everyone at the table laugh as Elaine's phone buzzed.

E: Jockhead?
Trish?

T: So it is
And here I was worried you gave me a wrong number

E: Lol
What's up?

T: Well, I was just wondering when we can finish our interview.

E: Interview?
You still want to do that?
Was the Captain not enough material for you?

T: He was
but
I wanted to get to know about you and your accident
Figured it'd make for a good story.
You good to do it tomorrow
Say like between 9-10am?

          "Right Elaine?" Taejo said bumping her.

          "I'm sorry what??" she asked putting her phone in her lap.

           "I was just telling them that we didn't get much playing time because we're freshmen." the Asian alpha repeated.

           "Oh yeah, coach Williams said he wanted us to take our time to learn their schemes before he puts us in the game longer." Elaine shrugged as she took one of Jamie's fries earning her a cute death glare from her mate as she winked at him before eating it seductively.

          "I suppose that makes sense, but you both did well dispute only playing a short time. I'm sure you family is very proud Taejo." Martha said nicely as she at her own burger.

        
          "Thanks, but I wouldn't make it that big of a deal. My moms not very keen on me playing football, but as long as I keep my gpa up she can't really say anything." he said with weak laugh.

           "Well...I'm sure she' is proud of you in her own way, I would be." Martha said radiating her usual motherly warmness towards the young alpha making him blush ever so softly.

      Elaine phone buzzed again.

We gonna do this or not?

E: Sure we can do the interview
I'll be free after my fam goes home around 5

T: ....
I'd prefer it'd be early
But just for you I'll do it late just this one time

E: Bet

          "Who was that?" Selena?" Jamie asked Elaine once she put her phone away into her jeans.

          "No, just some school reporter that wants to interview me and Taejo about the game." Elaine explained taking another one of Jamie's fries.
