With a loud CLUNK Elaine watched on as defensive linemen Charles Carsen and offensive linemen Gervonta CrestFolk did the famed "Bull in the Ring" drill.

The point of this drill is both men are to start in a crouched position and wait for the coaches whistle to then explode and make contract with each other. The goal, push or throw the other man to the ground to claim victory.

Like two raging bulls the two alphas went back and forward until Carsen hooked his finger under CrestFolk's pads, shifted his hips and used the offensive linemen's own aggression against him to throw him to the gridiron's itchy grass.

Carsen howled in victory and Elaine and her teammates cheered as CrestFolk walked away in defeat receiving a good few boos from the others.

"I thought coach said light contact?" Taejo asked Elaine bewildered.

"I'm pretty sure this is light contact." Elaine smiled watching CrestFolk threw his helmet against the ground frustrated.

"Better luck next time Gervonta." Coach Williams mocked, padding the defeated alpha on the back

"That's four to three in my favor coach Carter. Pick your next player." he said egging on his defensive coach playfully.

"Yeah don't worry coach, I got your back. I'm in for coach Carter!" Alex Matthews, the Rhino's six foot five, two hundred and forty five pound defensive captain said putting on his helmet, walking into the circle.

"Alright coach, guess I got Matthew's, who u got?" defensive coach Logan Carter said with a confident smirk.

With a contemplative look on his face Marcus made his decision.

"Perez, get in here and show coach Cater size isn't everything." he nodded her in.

Receiving a pat on the back Elaine crack her neck and clipped her helmet into place and lined up opposite Matthew's.

"Her? Really Marcus?" Cater laughed mockingly while Coach Williams gave him a confidant nod.

"Coach, you really want me to go against this freshmen bitch? I don't even need my helmet to take this scrawny little pup out." Matthew's mocked Elaine as she crouched in front of him.

"Oh I'd put it on cadela, for when your big ass head hits the dirt. I wouldn't want to be responsible for you losing what little bit of intelligence you got left." Elaine challenged confidently making Matthew's face drop.

Insulted, he clipped his helmet into place.

"Alright then freshmen you want a piece? Let's go." he growled, eyes glowing, getting into his own crouched stance.

"On my whistle." one of the assistant coaches said with his hand raise in the air.

The ring got quiet as Elaine rocked back in forward flexing her hands as she took in Matthew's stance and build. While the alpha stood tall and confident.

Looking at him it was very apparent that the alpha was taller than her by a good five inches, had a solid twenty pounds on her, and also male. All major disadvantages against her, but there was one thing that she had that he didn't and she planned on using that to her advantage.

With a loud FWEET of his whistle Elaine and Matthews both ran into each other with the same speed and force as two colliding rams. The shock wave was nearly loud enough to shatter glass as the two went head to head.

Along with the loud clucks and crashes of their pads their teammates cheered and roared as the two alpha's turned up the intensity even more.

Using his natural advantages Matthews pushed Elaine back standing her up, knocking her off balance in anticipation to throw her to the ground.

Sensing her defeat nearing Elaine quickly reset her feet and used the only advantage she had, his aggression and her lower center of gravity.

Placing her hands under his armpits in a under hook position the mocha skinned alpha grabbed hold of his pads and stepped to her right, twisted her hips and used his momentum to force him to fall off balance to the ground slamming him on his face.

"Como esta aquela vadia com gosto de grama! How's that grass taste bitch!" she mocked turning her back, flexing her toned muscles making Taejo and the rest of her teammates hoop and holler at their captains surprise defeat.

With a angry grunt Matthews punched the ground and quickly stood, pushing her in the back, almost making her fall to the grass if it wasn't for Taejo who caught her.

"You better watch yourself bitch, you better hope they don't line me up against you again! You just got lucky!" he argued as Elaine turned to face him with fury in her eyes.

Angry she ran and pushed her captain back into coach Carter making the two of them fall to the ground.

Once again the captain got to his feet and the two started to go at it.

The two held nothing back as they pushed, kicked and punched each other as the heat and their wolf's pride got the better of them.

"Just got lucky ass. Let's go again then! Let's go again! Cause I'm right here bitch! I'M RIGHT HERE!" Elaine repeated her challenge again and again as Taejo and another player held her back.

"Shut the hell up bitch you don't belong here! Bitch made alphas like you don't belong here!" Matthews shouted as their defensive coach and another juniors held him back.

"Alright, alright that's enough. That's enough Matthew's, enough!' Coach Cater attempted and failed to calm him down as he held him back as the two kept jawing at each other.

The scuffle went on for a few more minutes before head coach Marcus Williams decided he'd seen enough.

"Enough." he said ending the scuffle with his alpha's voice.

"Matthews hit the showers and cool off." he said shooting daggers at the older alpha before he begrudgingly walked off the field.

"On that dramatic note, practice is over. Now get off my field." Coach Williams said dismissing the players with a blow of his whistle.

Wiping blood from her nose from god knows what Elaine followed the others to the showers.

On the way to there she received a few more pats on back and high fives from her teammates congratulating her on her victory in the head to head, much to Coach Carter's chagrin.

"Perez, come over here." the old beta called out to her.

Concealing a roll of her eyes Elaine jogged over to the man expecting some bullshit.

"Yes coach?"

"You think it's smart starting a fight with your captain like that with the first game of the season coming up?" he asked sarcastically, crossing his arms.

"Well sir, I didn't start shit. I only pushed back when he did." she defended herself.

"I don't care, you don't make your captain look weak in front of your teammates. Especially with the first game of the season coming up." he growled.

"Se seu ego e tao fragil, entao talvez ele nao devesse ser captian entao." she said annoyed.             (If his ego's that fragile maybe he shouldn't be captain then.)

"What was that freshmen?" the old beta asked raising his eyebrow.

"I said sorry sir. I'll be sure not to make our captain look like a bitch next time." she said with a fake smile before turning towards the locker room leaving the beta to stare daggers at her skull.

"Pompous little alpha cunt." he growled to himself before turning towards the building
