I woke up in Afton's office, though there was no sign of William.

My memories from before I was knocked out quickly flushed back and I resisted the urge to throw up. The images of those bloody children were swarming my mind.

As I sat there recovering, I pondered if the police ever came for the bodies. Though, the murderer was inside the building. None of this was adding up. I doubt the police were even called.

"Oh you're awake. How are you feeling?"

I jolted upwards, finding William standing in the doorway. His face seemed to be chortled with concern.

"William, what happened to the bodies!?" I wanted to alarm him, it was my intention. But he didn't even look bothered by my response.

"What bodies?"

I froze. Was it possible I had just had a terrible dream? Imagined it all? I'd need William to explain everything that happened to me, just to get some clarity.

"There were dead children, William! I found them in a storage room!" I felt like he thought I was crazy, and I didn't want him to think that. I just wanted to be understood.

"Darling, I have no idea what you're talking about. I found you unconscious in the hallway. There were no dead bodies." William looked at me, a frown upon his face.

"How could you be so clueless?! I'll just show you then!"

He seemed a bit angered by my remark, though still followed behind me as I sat up and darted for the storage room. I was specifically targeting the one where I had supposedly found them.

We walked towards the room I was in earlier, and as I opened the door, I expected everything to be like it was, but there was nothing. Nothing abnormal. At all.

"What?! How did this happen!? I saw them!" It was dark so I couldn't read Williams face, but I paced around the room looking for clues, anything.

""Y/N, this could all just be from your head injury. Perhaps you hit it too hard on the floor."

I was disappointed he didn't believe me. It was reasonable though. I sounded like a complete lunatic, rambling on about dead kids inside of animatronic suits.

"I know what I saw. I only got injured because I was brutally harmed by a bunny." I spat. William perked up instantly at the mention of the 'bunny'.

"Those can only be accessed by employees. Are you trying to say someone working here murdered the kids?"

Well, that was a frightening thought. I certainly hope not. But then again, I had my suspicions.

"I'm not sure! All I know is, whoever did it was inside a spring lock suit!"

"Those can only be worn by trained employees, Y/N. And only two people know how to use them."

I knew what he was implying. Only he or Henry could have access to those. And I was positive Henry wasn't the murderer.

I inched a bit away from Afton. I guess my intuition on him was right all along. He seemed to have immediately noticed my distant behavior.

"Someone else could've snuck inside of it too. Micheal and his friends know how to use it." There were many red flags in that statement, but I chose to ignore them for the moment.

"So, do you believe me now?"

"Yes, love, I believe you. You wouldn't know about spring lock suits if you hadn't seen one." He placed his right hand on my shoulder, and my gaze shifted back towards him. I felt eery. He was a top suspect on my mental list. Something wasn't making sense...

"Should we tell the police?" William's grip tightened on me, and I embraced for another incoming attack, but he loosened his fingers and grasp seconds after.

"No, they probably wouldn't believe you. Especially with the head trauma. We can figure this out on our own."

I only nodded my head. I had a lot to think about tonight. Most of those thoughts were going to revolve around the man in front of me, and not in a good way.

"You can stay at my place tonight, I wouldn't want you alone after all that happened." He let go of my shoulder and led me to the door. I followed him, staying close. I was still paranoid about the bunny. Though, the bunny could be right in front of me as I walk, obliviously.

And I definitely didn't want to stay at his place either. But I couldn't say no. What if he pulls out a bunny suit and swings at me? I suppose, he could also murder me in his own home cause I'm much more vulnerable asleep. I was in a losing situation.

"Hey Y/N, how are you feeling?" Henry had abruptly appeared in the main area, right near the exit.

"I'm much better, thanks Henry." He smiled and starting going about his way. I mentally pleaded for him to come back. My safety was guaranteed in his presence.

I tried to ignore Afton the whole car ride. But everytime he was at a red light or stop sign, he would always turn and look at me. He totally had a staring problem, and it was annoying. The ride was gloomy and silent too, the raindrops hitting the windshield really suited my mood and ultimate doom that was probably coming.

It was 7:21 PM, when we arrived at William's. The kids were quite surprised to see me, but once William explained the situation they calmed themselves down, knowing I was probably in pain. I was grateful for that, since my head was still killing me. After clearing that up, William said I could lay down on the couch for a while, which is what I did right after I had a conversation with Elizabeth. He may be a  questionable person, but his children were raised right.
