"Delphi?"

Quickly turning around seeing My Father, Sister, Elisa, and Bronx making tears spill from my eyes, I run to my dad, wrapping my arms as he does the same "where did you go? You just disappeared?" he asks as I shake my head.

"I'm sorry, I just couldn't do another mission from Avalon, and I think I just ended up here," I tell him, looking at the others then around us. "We made it home."

We start to make our way to the clock tower with everyone happy and smiling, but I fall behind the events that just happened still processing in my mind.

Brooklyn died

I've been gone almost a year since I left my dad and the others; I've been away from my Brooklyn for nearly two years.

I don't have much time to process any of this information as we land on the balcony of the clock tower, everyone filing in. My hands shake as I hear the boys, but Angela slips her hand into mine, making me look at her, a smile on her face "you okay?" she asks to which I simply nod.

"Where's Goliath?"

"and Elisa and Delphi."

"right here," My dad says, leaping down off the steps with Lexington hugging him and Broadway hugging Elisa as I stand there, my wings wrapped around me, hiding my hands as they shake.

"Del?" I hear, looking up seeing Red look at me with a smile, My Red, the Red I was working so hard to get to. Not the Brooklyn that just...

"Hi" is all I can say as he hugs me gently, wrapping our arms and wings around each other; I fight back the tears as they threaten to spill. Brooklyn caresses my head with his hand; the others look away after a minute, this moment seeming more intimate than probably was needed.

"I have missed you so much," He says in my ear as I put my head on his chest, hearing his heartbeat over and over again calming my anxieties just a little.

Now that I'm home, the other Brooklyn won't exist; he didn't die; this is the real Brooklyn, and I'm with him now.

But he did die, he died in my arms, and he died because of me; it was my fault, the world fell apart because of me.

"I knew you hadn't abandoned us," I hear Hudson say, making me smile; he's alive too; everything is going to be okay.

"Never," Goliath says before turning to Anglea; Lexington and Broadway elbow each other as he introduces her.

"This is Angela, my daughter," My Father says, bringing Angela to the light as I let go of Brooklyn to give her a side hug. "My sister," I add, making everyone go wide-eyed."

"Welcome to our clan, child," Hudson says, giving her a hand, then giving me one as I hug him tightly. "I missed you, old man."

"And I to you as well," he replies as my dad explains where Angela came and about the other Gargoyles from making me go back to Brooklyn, him wrapping an arm around me tightly.

"I'm Broadway," My teal blue friend says, making me smile as he introduces everyone "this is Lexington and Brooklyn; these are for you" He hands her a box of mostly eaten chocolates, and I smile.

"Or, uh, At least what's left of 'em," Brooklyn comments, making me elbow him. "Be nice; that's really sweet."

"Delphi has told me much about all of you; I think I'm going to like it here," Angela says, making me smile again, but that smile doesn't last as my anxieties trickle in again.
