Once Clyde during his prime debut as Eagle Eye fought a foe that was unpredictable. He had the ability to control and manipulate time and make people (and himself) see the course of timeline. But he had no access to the Speed Realm, an inter-dimensional realm of cosmic energy since Big Bang. Lori and her younger siblings couldn't match against him. But Clyde, despite being powerless, had talked things over to him and made him return the L-Crew to the way they were before. This man is a meta named Clockwork. After realizing that even if genetics dictates one's fate, it's still up to the beholder to choose their destinies. Clyde is one of them, that even if his future is written, he proved that nothing is left to chances... that choices also affects ones outcome. He returned to England committing his routine as a Phantom Thief, stealing from banks and the corrupt. He drew inspiration from Cheat's handiwork.

But as Tobias/Cheat progressed and also learned Chrono-Kinesis like Clockwork did, he almost descended to the path of madness after seeing too many timeline aberrations. Something is coming and it will not be pleasant. The downside of Chronological Omniscience (due to his time powers) is that there are so many futures to see, so many to write, so many to rectify before becoming a reality...

Yet there's so little TIME.

But Clockwork expects someone to come. Someone who will try to fix it all. Someone with the wits to actually pull it off and change things... or if not, at least make it better than the original outcome. He was waiting for her...

Savitara - The Angel of Motion (Lori Loud, formerly Speed Queen), named after the Hindu deity of the sun and motions. She took the name after becoming a chosen champion of the Speed Realm and attaining the Philosopher's Stone that soon became her armor. The armor granted her connection from the realm and bolster up her overall speed powers to a point of even crossing the Many-Verse (multiverse) and different time periods. She can run from sonic speeds to even light-speed.

Clockwork expected her. He waited at his front yard, a house in England's rural that also doubles as a clock repair workshop.

Clockwork: Lori Loud... the Azure Accelerator, Speed Queen. I've been expecting you... and on time too.

Savitara/Lori: That was the old me!

Clockwork: Of course, I did not forget. You changed your name. What was it again? Savitara, right? *chuckle* Named after the Hindu deity of the sun and motions.

Savitara/Lori: I need your help. Something is coming and Clyde McBride told me you'd be here.

Clockwork: Ah, yes. The man that helped me see that fate is chosen, not dictated by stones. Tell me, how was he? Is he still Eagle Eye? Or did he injure himself that he quit?

Savitara didn't respond.

Clockwork: Wait, nevermind. He did injure himself. And he became much more than he was before. Funny how tragic fates becomes a door to opportunity. The Eye to the Sky, a brother's vision. Brother's Eye now after quitting the Cicadas.
