"Y/N, tell us again," Flo says next to Y/N, who is sitting at a desk with slumped shoulders and a tired expression.
"Come seek us where our voices sound." Y/N answers
"The black lake obvious," Hermione says
"An hour long you'll have to look." Y/N continues
"Again obvious, though I must admit potentially problematic" Flo answers this time and Y/N scoffs
"Potentially problematic? When was the last time you held your breath under the water for an hour Florence?" Y/N snaps clearly frustrated
"Look Y/N, we can do this. The three of us can figure it out." Hermione says and Y/N smiles at her optimism. Suddenly Professor Mad-eye Moody appears next to the group which raises their attention.
"Hate to break up this scholar session but Professor McGonagall would like to see you in her office. They all move to get up vey mad-eye stops Y/N "Not you Black, just Ravens and Granger."
"But Professor, the second task is only hours away and-" Hermione says
"Exactly. Presumably, Black is well prepared by now and could do with a good night's sleep. Go, now!" the dark arts professor says and Flo and Hermione leave with the Gryffindor girl looking back at Y/N a final time.
"I'll be fine" Y/N says with a weak smile and the bushy-haired girl nods and follows behind Flo.
"Longbottom!" mad-eye says snapping Y/N out of her thoughts.
Suddenly Neville appears into the aisle of books "Yes professor" the Gryffindor boy asks
"Why don't you help Black put her books back." Mad-eye replies and exits leaving Neville and Y/N alone.
Neville and Y/N start to collect and put away the pile of books that were left on the table "You know, if you're interested in plants you'd be better with Gorshok's Guide to Herbology. Do you know there's a wizard in Nepal whose growing gravity resistant trees?" Neville goes on
"Look Neville. No offence, but I really don't care about plants." Y/N tries to say calmly but her tone says otherwise "Now if there's a Tibetan turnip that will allow me to breathe underwater for an hour then great."
"I don't know about a turnip but you can always use gilliweed," Neville replies and Y/N expression shifts at his idea.

It's now time for the second task and Y/N walks down to the black lake. She wore a royal navy blue swimsuit that resembled more of a wet suit with the Hogwarts crest and Ravenclaw House symbol. The Weasly twins are shouting, busy taking bets. Neville has some green slimey plant life in his hand which he gives to Y/N.
"You're sure about this Neville," Y/N asks
"Absolutely" Neville replies
"For an hour" Y/N says sceptically and the boy nods
"Most likely," Neville says and Y/N jaw tighten
"Most likely" Y/N says annoyed "what do you mean most likely"
"Well there is some debate among herbologists as to the effects of freshwater versus saltwater," Neville says his voice shaking
"You're telling me this now? You must be joking!" Y/N says now completely pissed off
"I just wanted to help," Neville says
"Well that makes you slightly better than Flo and Hermione. Where are they anyway?" Y/N says she spots Harry, Ron and Jorden on one of the lower platforms of the pontoons.
