"I'm shocked that you aren't late." Kathy grumbled as Elliot helped her out of the van.

"Well, I want to make things better. I will do anything to keep my family." Elliot replied.

"You will do anything, including Olivia, huh?" Kathy snapped.

Elliot's face drained of color as he fought off tears. He felt so bad for what happened, and he knew that he'd never stop paying.

"I'm sorry, Kath. I really am." Elliot breathed.

"No, you aren't. You knocked up your best friend, and I bet that you'll spend more time with that baby compared to the five we have together. She and that bastard will always be more important than the family you already have." Kathy huffed before she stomped up the sidewalk and to the front door of the therapist's office.

"This is going to be so much fun." Elliot whispered to himself.

Elliot and Kathy sat side by side in Dr. Stanford's office. No one had spoken yet, so there was just a very awkward silence.

"What is the reason you two wanted to try therapy?" Dr. Stanford asked, since the couple didn't want to discuss anything.

"Our marriage sucks." Kathy sighed.

"How long have you two been married? Do you think that maybe your marriage has just gotten dry and boring?" Dr. Stanford questioned.

"Twenty-two years. We probably wouldn't have gotten married if it wasn't for Elliot knocking me up." Kathy huffed.

"I did love you."

"Elliot, do you still love your wife?" Dr. Stanford asked.

"I don't know."

Kathy turned to look at her husband. She couldn't believe that Elliot didn't know if he loved her or not. They hadn't always been in such an awful place, there had been times where they were happy and in love.

"You don't know? Is that why you cheated?" Kathy breathed.

"Elliot, you cheated on Kathy?"

"Yes, and I'll admit to that. I'm not proud of what I did, but I also don't regret it." Elliot spoke weakly.

"What do you mean by that?"

"I slept with my best friend, and the affair led to us having a baby together. I'm not proud of the fact I cheated on Kathy instead of discussing things and working through our problems. Yet I don't regret the baby."

"Do you regret our kids? Or do you hate them because they are mine and not Olivia's?"

"Kathy, please don't accuse Elliot of things. We are here to work through existing problems, not to create new ones."

"Olivia and that baby are existing problems. Olivia has always had a thing for Elliot, and I bet she planned this all out."

Therapy didn't go well, so Kathy once again told Elliot to not come home. He hoped she would at least let him see Eli and maybe sleep on the couch, but that would not happen.

"Elliot." Casey spoke as she opened Olivia's door.

"Casey? What are you doing here?" Elliot asked as he glanced over her shoulder and saw that Olivia was sitting on the sofa.

"I had dinner with Olivia and we have been discussing the fact that you knocked her up."

"Olivia, can you get your body guard to move? Kathy won't let me stay at the house, and I need a place to sleep." Elliot sighed as Casey clasped the door in her hand.

"Casey, let him in." Olivia sighed.

Elliot walked into the apartment and slipped his shoes off before walking to where Olivia sat.

"Are you okay?" He asked, and Olivia nodded.

"I'm fine." She lied.

"Liv, I have known you for years. Something else is wrong."

"You only come over here when Kathy kicks you out. You seem to only need Olivia when you need a place to stay or a place to park your penis." Casey huffed.

"Hey!" Elliot exclaimed.

"It's true, El." Olivia whispered, as she turned to look at Elliot. Olivia's eyes were filled with tears, and they were red from crying not that long ago.

"Livvie, that isn't true. I love being around you."

"If I wouldn't have opened the door that night, would you have just gone home or would you have paid someone to have sex with you?" Olivia asked nervously.

"Liv, I-"

"Yes or no, Elliot? If you just slept with me because you were drunk and your wife was away, or because you actually wanted to?"

"I didn't know that I wanted to sleep with you until that night. I just kept fighting any feelings that I had about you until I didn't have to anymore." Elliot explained.

"Are you going to actually stay around? I can't have you flaking when I need you the most. So either we continue to not talk about the fact we slept together and I got pregnant, or we tell everyone about what happened. Even your kids."

Elliot swallowed hard as he thought about having to tell his children that he strayed. That he slept with Olivia, and they were going to be having a little half brother or sister.

"Can I have-"

"Yes or no, Elliot. It's as simple as that." Casey snapped.

Elliot turned to look at Casey, before backing at Olivia.

"I'm gonna get Kathy to let me stay at home. I'll see you at work."

Elliot stood and walked to the door and put his shoes back on before opening the door as Olivia let out a loud sob.

Elliot froze for a moment before shutting the door and quickly moving back into the living room. He sat down beside Olivia and tugged her into a tight hug as she continued to sob.

"I'm sorry, Liv. I'm not leaving. I will figure out how to be there for my older kids and Kathy, and for you and this baby."

"Are you sure? Because I don't want to ruin your life." Olivia hiccupped as she leaned back and looked at Elliot.

"You won't ruin my life, love. I'm doing that myself."
