Olivia was out for two days. She was stable, but so incredibly weak. The entire time she was sleeping, Elliot and Casey stayed with her. When they weren't sitting beside her bed, one of them was with Evie. Casey, even though she loved Evie so much, she was so paranoid that Elliot was doing something to Olivia. So she barely spent time with Evie, and always allowed Elliot to go when a nurse asked if someone wanted to feed or change the newborn.

By December 1st, Olivia woke up while Elliot was sitting beside her. Casey had left to get something to eat while Elliot was with Evie, but no matter how hard she tried, she didn't make it back before he came back to check on Olivia.

"You look old." Were the first words Olivia said once she woke up. Elliot quickly lifted his eyes from his phone and smiled when he saw Olivia staring at him.

"What do you expect? We almost lost you, so I aged considerably." Elliot breathed as he shifted forward in his chair and grabbed Olivia's hand. He kissed it softly, before feeling as Olivia's other hand gently smoothed his hair.

"I almost died? What happened?" Olivia whispered.

"You had a tear in your uterus, so you started to bleed really bad. They closed it up and gave you a transfusion. In the future, if Evie doesn't end up being anything like me, you may be able to have another baby." Elliot smiled softly. Olivia gave Elliot a tired grin before looking around the darkened room.

"Where's Casey?"

"She went to get something to eat, I think. Do you want me-"

"I wanna see Evie. Can I see her?" Olivia asked, and Elliot smiled.

"Let me see what I can do, love. Just give me a few minutes to charm them."

By the time that Casey got back, Olivia was sitting up and holding Evie. Elliot was right beside her, and they chatted about the little girl they had created together.

"Liv?" Casey breathed.

"Hey, Case." Olivia replied plainly, her eyes never leaving her child's sleeping face.

"How are you doing?" Casey asked, as she moved over and sat beside Olivia's bed.

"I'm fine, just super tired. But I'll be okay." Olivia replied.

There was a long silence before Casey cleared her throat.

"Elliot, can you give me and Olivia the room?" She asked, but she planned on demanding him to leave if he didn't do it by himself.

"Uh-"

"Leave." Casey snapped. Elliot's eyes went wide before he stood quickly. He barely made it to the door before Olivia spoke.

"I get that almost losing me must have been scary, but things will not be like this. Casey, you have no right to tell Elliot what to do. I'm in charge, because this is my life and Evie's life we are talking about. Things are messy, but I will make the decisions. I'm not letting anyone control my life." Olivia sighed as she finally turned to look at Casey.

The red-head swallowed hard, as anger grew on her face. She hadn't been this angry with Olivia before. How could her girlfriend once again pick Elliot? How could she even want him in their lives? Evie is her daughter too, so why can't she get a say?

"Olivia, I don't want him around." Casey almost growled at Olivia.

"Don't talk to me like that, Casey Novak." Olivia warned, her voice even and strong.

"Evie is my child. She-"

"Leave." Olivia breathed.

"You heard-" Casey started, but Olivia shook her head.

"Get out of my room, Casey Novak. I'm not dealing with this right now, because all I have on my mind is bonding with my baby."

Casey stood and stormed out, and Elliot swallowed hard before moving to follow Casey, but Olivia stopped him.

"You have been nothing but supportive lately, El. It's weird, but I appreciate it. Casey needs to calm down and get herself in order, so I'll need your help."

"You want me to stay?" Elliot breathed, and Olivia smiled and nodded.

"Please, El. Come join me and our baby. She looks a hell of a lot like Eli, honestly."

"Just with your beautiful brown hair."

Elliot sat with Olivia all day before being sent home after dinner. He went back to his hotel, and as soon as he shut the door, someone was pounding on it. He sighed and turned back to the door before opening it.

"Hello there, Casey." Elliot sighed, with a roll of his eyes.

"Leave this fucking city and never come back." Casey huffed as large, hot tears slipped down her cheeks.

"I'm not leaving Olivia and Evie. They are my family and I-"

"They are my family! They are my girls, and nothing to you! I hate you, and so did Olivia. She will again, so just leave before it happens! Now!" Casey yelled.

Elliot grabbed Casey's arm before tugging her into the room. He shut the door before walking towards her.

"Listen here, Casey. I gave up my entire life in Manhattan to be here. I should have picked Olivia to start, but I was dumb. I have apologized a million times, and she accepted those apologies. We may not get together today or tomorrow, but I really do think she sees that I have changed and will want to be my partner. The nice thing is that I'm not scared to marry her and love her." Elliot smiled. He was angry at Casey, but being able to rub this all in her face made him happy.

He was tired of being treated poorly and was ready to finally live his life and be happy. The only way he'd be happy is if he could call Olivia his and Evie was raised by them together.

"Don't underestimate me, Elliot Stabler. I will get her back. Even if it means I must knock everything down in my way. Watch your back."
