Elliot had to pretend like nothing had happened that whole night, and the hardest part was when he laid beside Kathy, but had Olivia on his mind. When he could finally go back to work the next morning, he needed to ask around and see if anyone had heard from Olivia. He also planned on trying to get Casey to help him, even if it was against her will.

"Welcome back, Stabler." Fin frowned when he watched Elliot walk into the squadroom.

"Uh, thanks. Have you heard from Liv?" Elliot asked rapidly.

"She quit, Elliot." Fin replied with a huff.

"Yeah, I know that. But I can't find her."

"What do you mean?" Munch asked, as he turned around to face Elliot.

"I went to her apartment, and she wasn't there. She moved out and didn't tell her landlord where she went."

"That doesn't sound like her. She probably just got a new place, and didn't feel like telling you. Especially since you are a huge ass." Fin snapped, as he stood and walked away before he smacked Elliot.

"Who are we talking about?" Cragen asked, without even looking at his detective.

"Olivia. She moved out of her place, and Casey won't help me find her." Elliot replied, and Cragen frowned as he nodded.

"That is what you get when you pretend you didn't have an affair, or that you didn't knock up your best friend. She ran because of you, Stabler."

Casey unlocked the door to the shared hotel room, before walking in with a cup of a coffee and one with tea.

"Alright, Liv! One peppermint tea with nothing in it." Casey smiled as she walked over and sat the cup beside Olivia's bed.

"Thanks." Olivia sniffled, as she continued to hold on tightly to a pillow.

"Are you crying?" Casey frowned, as she turned on the lamp that sat between their beds.

"No." Olivia lied as tears slipped down her cheeks.

"If this is about Elliot-"

"Of course it's about Elliot! I can't stop thinking about him, and how he wanted to talk, but I'm hours away and we can't!" Olivia cried.

"Olivia, stop thinking about him! Elliot is going to just lead you on and use you! He will always pick Kathy and the kids over you and this baby! So crying over him and thinking about him will make things worse!" Casey exclaimed, as Olivia continued to cling to her pillow and cry quietly.

"I fell in love with him, and it's not easy to get over that." Olivia whispered.

"He didn't pick you, Liv. So crying over someone who probably doesn't love you is just a waste of time and energy. You don't need him anymore, especially since you have me. I'm going to be an amazing aunt to that baby, and soon you won't even think about Elliot. And if you do, it won't make you sad."

"It won't?" Olivia asked, her voice shaking.

"No, it won't. You will be so far over him, he'll just be a bitter taste in your mouth ever once in a while."

"O-okay... can we go search for a house again? Since I'm moving on, we gotta get things moving forward. I am only ten weeks along, but I want time to plan."

"Of course, Liv! Now, drink your tea. I'll look up more open houses."

///

Olivia and Casey found a house that was right on the city limits in a nice neighborhood. It had three bedrooms, and Casey was willing to put a desk in her room so she'd have an office.

"I hope we get it." Olivia spoke, as she and Casey walked arm-in-arm through downtown Sedona.

"I do too. It's close enough to the courthouse, so once I practice again, it won't take too long for me to come home when you need me."

"What are we going to do when you find someone?"

"Someone? I don't understand." Casey replied, as she pulled Olivia to a stop.

"Yeah, like a boyfriend. Especially if you get into something serious, you might want me out of the house." Olivia frowned. Casey looked at Olivia before shaking her head.

"You are my first priority, Liv." Casey breathed.

"I am?" Olivia asked, and Casey nodded.

"Yeah, love... Uh."

"I love you too, Casey."

They went back to walking in silence until Casey's phone rang again. She sighed, before pulling it out and looking at it.

"Is it Elliot?" Olivia asked, and Casey nodded slowly.

"Yeah. Do you want me to talk to him?" Casey asked, and Olivia shook her head. She reached out and ended the call before smiling at Casey.

"I don't want you talking to him. Please block his number, so we can move forward. Together."

///

Elliot let out an angry huff as Casey denied his call. He dialed her number again, but this time the call wouldn't even go through.

"The bitch blocked me!" Elliot yelled out randomly. Everyone turned to look at him, and Cragen sighed as he walked out of his office.

"Elliot, please join me in my office."

"Captain-"

"Now." Cragen sighed.

Elliot stood up from his desk and walked into Cragen's office.

"What-"

"Nope, sit down. We need to talk."

"Captain-"

"Elliot, you haven't done a damn thing today except try to track down Olivia. I know you are worried-" Cragen started, but Elliot interrupted him.

"I'm more than worried, Don. She's my best friend and the mother of my baby. I don't like that she ran off and I couldn't stop her." Elliot frowned.

"You told me you were pretending that nothing happened. So now you are wondering why she left? Because it's clear why she left."

"It is?" Elliot asked weakly.

"You are a giant asshole, Elliot. I know I didn't help, but you have been here longer than her, so I had to transfer her. You kept changing your mind, and that is why she left. She's alone." Cragen frowned.

Elliot swallowed hard before shaking his head.

"I need to find her. I'm-"

"You are going to go back to your desk and work. We have a rape murder that needs to be solved, and you are going to help Munch and Fin do that. Do you understand?"

"And if I don't?" Elliot huffed.

"Then I guess you'll be enjoying another week off with no pay. Your choice."
