Olivia went back inside, since she didn't feel like being outside with Casey. However, Casey followed her inside. Olivia went to sit down, but stopped when she saw Casey sitting in the far corner. Elliot followed Olivia's eyes and sighed deeply when he saw Casey.

"Are you kidding me? Why is she here?" Elliot asked as Olivia looked over at him.

"She saw me getting into the ambulance with Evie... she came back this morning to discuss things once again, and then came back after the seizure, but didn't get there early enough to fuck with me again," Olivia sighed. She was tired and just wanted to sleep, not only because of Casey, but because every time Evie had a seizure, it drained her to be worried for so long.

"I'm going to-" Elliot started, but Olivia stopped him. She kissed his temple gently, before clasping his hand in hers.

"Stay put, Elliot Stabler. The last thing we need is for you to fight Casey and get banned from the hospital," Olivia sighed, as she used her free hand to brush tears from her cheeks.

"Liv-"

"Please, do this for me and Evie, baby. That little girl is gonna want her daddy once she wakes up."

"And I don't want to disappoint her."

Kathy and the older two girls showed up and waited with everyone else. Casey continued to stare at Olivia occasionally, while they waited for news. Eventually, a doctor came in and asked for the family of Evie Stabler.

"We are her family," Olivia spoke, as she stood slowly and moved to the doctor. Elliot was beside her, and the kids came up behind them. Then there was Casey. She stood nearby, but pretended like she wasn't listening.

"Ms. Benson, correct?" The doctor asked, and Olivia nodded.

"Yes, sir. I'm Evie's mother."

"Good, now Evie is sleeping. We stitched up her chin and did an x-ray to make sure she didn't fracture her jaw at all. She didn't, but will have a scar from the stitches. Regarding her seizure, she seemed to have experienced one of the worst ones she has had before. Yet, we think it may have been worse since she had injured herself when falling down."

"Is she going to be okay?" Elliot asked as he wrapped his arm around Olivia's waist. He held her close as Olivia focused only on the doctor.

"We are going to do a CT scan of her brain, but I think she'll be fine. We'd like to keep her for a few days to ensure if anything arises, we can address it."

The family let out sighs of relief before Olivia followed the doctor a few steps away.

"Can I see her?" She breathed, and he nodded.

"Yes, you can. We just moved her to the children's floor. Two visitors at a time."

///

Since Evie could only have two visitors, Olivia and Elliot walked the kids and Kathy out. They were going to head up once everyone went home.

"How are you feeling?" Elliot asked, as he and his girlfriend stood in the elevator together. Elliot could see how exhausted Olivia looked, but he wanted to hear it from her lips. He wanted to her to admit everything, so she didn't get to bottle up things.

"I'm fine, just tired."

"The baby is okay, right?" Elliot questioned. Olivia turned to look at him and smiled, before grabbing his hand and placing it against her stomach.

"Our baby is perfectly fine. Being exhausted is normal for someone who has to be with you," Olivia grinned. Elliot laughed as he pulled her close. They shared a few kisses before the doors opened and they stepped out.

The floor was quiet, and only a few nurses were at the station. They greeted them before leading them down the hall to Evie's room.

"One of you will have to sit out here," One nurse spoke.

"Why? The ER doctor told me that there could be two visitors at a time. So Evie can have both me and her father in there," Olivia replied, as she glanced at Elliot.

"Evie's mother is already in there with her."

"Evie's mother? Uh, Olivia is Evie's mother. She has the stretch marks to prove it," Elliot blurted out, before walking the rest of the way to Evie's room. He stared in and saw that Casey was sitting beside his daughter's crib, her hand gently caressing Evie's curls.

"That isn't her mother! That is a crazy woman who won't stay the hell away from us! Get security up here right now, and let no one in this room without our permission. Do you understand?" Elliot huffed, as Olivia slide open the doors and walked in.

Casey turned around and looked at Olivia as tears welled in her eyes.

"This is my baby, Olivia. She may have grown inside of you, but this is my daughter. I watched as your belly swelled with her, and I felt her move inside of you. Liv, I went to the birthing classes, and I calmed her down when she was being feisty. Olivia, I love her more than anything else in this world, and I can't be away from her any longer... So please, don't kick me out. Let me help you raise her, or at least let me be a part of her life. I'm begging you," Casey whimpered, as she looked at Olivia. Tears streamed down her cheeks, and Olivia felt for her.

When they broke up, not only did Casey lose her girlfriend, she also lost her child. Evie was alive and well, but was no longer her child. She was Elliot and Olivia's baby girl, and absolutely nothing to her.

"Casey, please get out."

"Liv-"

"My daughter had a horrible seizure today, and she needs me and Elliot. Not you. So please, leave with security and I will contact you once she's released. We can discuss everything eventually, just not right now."
