(Y/n's POV)
---

I sighed as I looked at my phone, it's 7 in the morning. I looked back at my blanket... Not a single splotch of mess. Thank the stars...

"It has to be gone now... I don't wanna worry Sans even more." I said to myself, stretching my back and proceeding to go to the bathroom to wash up.

I remembered that time again... That time... at the bathroom. The thought of it made me blush.

"What's on your mind, (Y/n)? Don't tell you were feeling strange for Sans?" I spoke to myself to stop my thoughts from crossing my mind further.

I took a dip at the large tub, full of warm water and more bubbles and soap floating in the water's surface.

"I wish I could return at the Surface someday... but, I feel like I still want to stay here..." I said in a soft voice.

"And... what about my friends up there? Will they know about my sudden disappearance...?" I said, putting up my hand, my palm facing the ceiling.

"Will we ever take us and these monsters back to the Surface again...?" I spoke

"...I hope so..." I sighed, and started washing up.

~ ... ~

I wanted to walk to other places other than Sans and Papyrus' House, the shops, the inns... I wanted to just stroll around within parts of Snowdin, if I could...

I went outside of Snowdin Town, and went back to where we left Miss Toriel's Home, the Ruins...

There were still coldness of the air, cool white snowflakes fluttering in the wind. All trees where standing at their right positions. Everything is seemingly peaceful and quiet at the time.

I decided to sit at a rock by the path, just for me to rest from all that happened today, and to process on how to free the monsters...

All of a sudden, there was a small noise. I quickly stood up and scanned around the area. None... not a single footstep in the snow.

I must be in trouble now... I had to go back to Sans and Papyrus.

I don't want to just use up all my powers, because Snowdin Town was far from this Snowdin Forest. I instead ran to try and go back to the entrance of Snowdin Town.

"Oh! AHH!!" I tripped over something and landed on the snow.

"Howdy (Y/n)!" A familiar voice spoke in front of me.

"N-no..." I mumbled, while he looked at me smugly in return.

"Hee-hee, you probably remembered me, right (Y/n)?" Flowey said, with an evil grin on his face.

"G-get away from me!" I shouted, but it only made him laugh.

"Is that all you've got, (Y/n)?" He snarled. I felt a tight tug at my foot. He started to hold me with his vines.

"O-ow!" I winced in pain as I felt something dig within my skin.

"SANS!!" I screamed the loudest, making Flowey wince in pain from the sound.

"Shut your mouth, idiot!" He snarled, holding his head in pain from my scream.

"Do this one more time... or I SCREAM!" I yelled once more, Flowey getting another headache.

"Quiet!!" He shouted, and attempted to hit me.

"hey, buddy!" Another voice spoke, making Flowey turn.

"Wha-" He was hit by a beam of light from nowhere.

"Sans!" I said, relieved.

"teach! you okay?" He said, running up to me.

"No, don't go any closer!" I waved my hands, trying to stop him.

"why? what's wrong?" He asked

"He's here!" I replied, when all of a sudden, vines started shooting out of the ground, surrounding Sans' feet. With his fast reflexes, he quickly jumped and teleported.

I created a shield to contain myself in, preventing Flowey from hitting me. Sans appeared beside me and my shield.

"Sans, are you hurt!?" I asked

"i'm fine, teach. not a scratch!" He put his hands up, no bruises nor scars.

"Get in." I said, opening one side of the shield, allowing him to enter. The size of the shield got more spacious for the both of us, allowing ourselves to move freely.

We both were trying to attack Flowey, attacking to make him unconscious. It only made him angrier. Even with a bunch of bone attacks Sans made, and those blue-purple projectiles that hit Flowey, it's not much to use.

Suddenly, vines wrapped around my shield, the force of the large vines is too strong, I can't hold the shield any longer and it's going to break soon.

"Sans, you have to go...!" I said, making him look at me in shock. I feel my arms twitching from the strong force.

"i can't leave you out here! let's escape, together." He said firmly, holding my other arm.

"I can't teleport while using a shield, Sans. It'll only drain me and my magic out... I'm sorry, you need to go, now!" I said, the shield created a small crack.

"teach, please..." He pleaded, gripping my arm tight. He looked worried.

"We don't have much time..." I whispered to myself, my arms and legs gradually starting to give out. I looked at Flowey, laughing manically at our defeat. It made the crack of the shield larger, easier for it to break anytime soon.

"Forgive me for this, Baby Blue... It's for the best... Save yourself!" I shouted like it's the last time. I deactivated my shield before pushing him off the area.

"(y/n)! no!!" He screamed. A thud was heard and he fell face-first onto the ground.

"I love you, Sans... until we meet again." I whispered, smiling before I collapsed on the snowy floor. Vines fell beside me, creating a loud thump of sound across Snowdin. I tried to stay myself up with my arms supporting me. Both my feet were too weak and painful to make me stand.

"*Huff*... *Huff*..." I breathed heavily, as I looked at the side of my leg. Cold sweat rolled down my forehead, yet the air was still crisp and cold. The pricks from those thorns were healed, but... it still is feeble and sore from holding out the strong force that Flowey made.

All I could see is white snow, and I faintly hear Sans' voice, weakly screaming for help around the area. I felt my vision turning more dull, blacking out, like I'm getting a vertigo...

Any moment now... and I'm starting to lose my consciousness...

I'm sorry...

*THUMP*
