Clarissa' P.O.V
It's been about a week since Louis and I felt the sparks, and got terrified of possible early bonding. I needed time with my girls, so I can take a break from the drama and overwhelming emotions.
Louis texted me earlier. Apparently a whole bunch of drama has happened since I left this morning. Apparently Niall and Felicity made up, and Katrish was upset, and they had the boys dancing to Best Song Ever. I would kill to have been a fly on the wall in that moment.
I was at Melanie's house waiting for the rest of the girls. There was an R5 concert downtown today, and the five of us were going together. After that, we were all gonna stay the night at Mel's house.
"I'm so excited!" She yelled at me.
"Yeah, me too," I said, grinning.Just then, there was a knock on the door. We could hear the distinct voices of our three friends and looked at each other. We grinned and bolted for the door, to see who got there first. While we were running I tripped over my feet, and fell flat on my face.
She laughed at me, but helped me up regardless. We continued our way to the door, walking this time.
I got bored, and apparently didn't learn anything from falling on my face, because I yelled, "Race you!" And we both bolted toward the door again.
By the time we got to the front door, Mel and I were in hysterics. I opened it calmly, but then bursted out laughing. Mel bursts out laughing too.
We took the pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, and clothes shoved in our faces, and set them on the floor in Mel's room.
When we stood back up, we were tackled in huge bear hugs. We laughed some more.
After they let us go, Mel and I looked at each other and started laughing again. Eva looked at us, confused. "What's so funny?"
We looked at each other and laughed harder. Once we composed ourselves, I turned to them all and explained, "well, you see, funny story really," I started.
"We were racing and then Claire fell on her face," Mel continued.
"So, then she helped me up and we started walking to the door," I said.
"And then she got bored and we started racing again," Mel finished.
"And I won," I told them.
"You did not!" Mel shouted.
"Yes I did!"
"No you didn't!"
"Did too!"
"Did not!"
"Did-"
"We don't care! Now are you gonna let us in?" Ellie asked, interrupting me."Oh, right, sorry girls" I said sheepishly, "come on in," I almost forgot to let them in. Felicity would be so disappointed in me. Ha, I'm so funny.
We let the girls in, and they got comfortable. They all looked at me. I looked back at them, wondering why they were staring at me.
Then Gabby spoke up, "we wouldn't all be here Claire, if there wasn't something wrong. Now spill."
I glanced at the clock, seeing that the concert started in an hour. I sighed, relieved at the excuse. "I'll lay all my issues on you after the concert. Right now, it's time to go, so come on."
They all agreed, although reluctantly. "I'll drive!" I yelled, knowing that they wouldn't let me. I figured I'd try anyways.
"No!" They all yelled simultaneously, scared for their lives. I wasn't that bad.
"Ok, here's the plan: either I drive, or El will drive, understood?" Eva asked me.
I nodded, "fine, but we're taking my car."
"Seems fair," she said to me, before apparently deciding that El was gonna drive, because she hopped in the back.
"Shotgun!" I yelled. Gabs sighed in annoyance, and reluctantly hopped in the back as well, grumbling the whole way. Eva got in the back too, and I got in the passenger seat, grinning in triumph. El hopped in next to me.
Once we all got our seat belts on, we were off downtown to watch R5 live. I could feel the excitement building in my tummy.
"I can't believe we're actually gonna see R5 in concert!" I yelled, super excited.
I heard sounds of agreement from everyone. We were all ecstatic, and it was obvious.
When we pulled up to the venue, we all squealed in excitement. We walked in, ready to burst in happiness.
We got there early enough that we got a place close to the front. We sat down and waited patiently.
About 20 minutes later, the rest of the audience started to file in, taking their seats.
After everyone was seated, the music started to play, and squeals and yells of excitement were the only things you could hear in the building.
That's how we spent our night. Dancing to every song, singing every lyric, and just letting go and relaxing.

When we got back to Mel's house after the concert, we all collapsed on the couch, exhausted. We were just a great big pile of humans. We had loads of fun, but it still took a whole lot of energy. When we finally had enough energy, we got up off the couch and set up sleeping bags and such in the living room.
We all got changed into our jammies and brushed our hair and teeth and settled down in our makeshift beds.
I was about to fall asleep, when Gabby spoke up, "So, Claire, what's bothering you?" Dammit, I was hoping that she'd forget about it.
"Well, it's-it's Louis," I said finally.
"Louis?" Mel asked.
"Yes, Louis."
"You don't mean..?"
"Yes I do."
"My brother?"
"Yep."
"Well what did he do?"
"He didn't really do anything, exactly."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, we're kind of together..."
"You're together?!"
"Yes?"
"You're together... with my brother.."
"Yes."
"Since when?!"
"Since about a week ago..."
"Why didn't you tell-""Guys!" Gabby interrupted, "please stay on topic."
"Oh, right," I said. "Well, so we're together," I said again, "but it's kind of scaring me..."
"What? Why?" Ellie asked.
"Because it's all happening so fast."
"What do you mean?""I mean that it's all happening so fast. We've already kissed and I just have these really strong emotions that I'm not ready for."
"Hey, it'll all work out eventually," Eva comforted me.
"Exactly," Gabby said, "you can't have a rainbow without a little rain."
"The sun'll come out tomorrow," Ellie said.
"Ohmygod. No," I said to Ellie.
"Awe, you're no fun," she pouted at me.
"Too bad."After that, we all laid down ready to go to sleep. Just before I did, though, I said something to Gabby, "Hey, Gabs?"
"Yes?" She asked me sleepily.
"My sister is dating your brother.""What?!" She yelled, wide awake now. I just smirked, rolled over, and pretended to sleep, laughing silently.
This is what I needed. Some time with my girls, and a break from boys.
