Christopher's P.O.V.

It's been about a week since we had gotten Felicity back. I can't even say we saved her, because she was perfectly happy. Well, until Lily went psycho and tried to kill her. I honestly don't think any of us knew what to do about that. Katrish has a creepy stalker now, how does someone even deal with that?

Felicity and Niko were now 'together and happy,' which is just bullshit. She's hated him for forever, and he's been obsessing over her for just as long. Everyone else had just kind of accepted it, and were all trying to help Niall deal with it. It makes no sense though. Something is very wrong here and I seem to be the only one who notices.

While everyone is fussing about getting Niall packed to go home- which I'm almost positive he's sick of, I mean seriously, the boy's 21- I've been practically sleeping in this freaky 'magic library'  that I was never aware existed. I decided a couple days ago that if I was going to get to the bottom of this, because Felicity and Niko refused to talk to anyone but each other and everyone else thought I was crazy,  that I would have to start somewhere. My only available resource in all honesty was the magic library. Only problems; most of these books were in other languages, I didn't know how to navigate, and if I did find anything, I didn't know how to do spells or whatever.

I turned around when I heard steps coming up the stairs. Harry grinned at me as he walked in, sitting beside me. "How goes the research?" he asked me. Harry was the only person who seemed to not think I was crazy. It wasn't like he agreed with me or anything, but he understood that I felt something was wrong, and had been coming to check on my progress regularly. He also sometimes brought me food, like now for example. He handed me a plate of lasagna, and I grinned. Lasagna was the only food I ever took seconds of, well if it was Spring's recipe.

"The research has no progress at all," I told him, frustrated. "I've been spending days trying to find something,  but I can't even read most of these fucking books."

"Have you tried a translation spell?" he asked me.

"No? Should I have?" I asked him, realizing how obvious that solution was.

"It would probably help, yeah," he said, laughing at me. I glared at him and he stopped laughing, although the grin remained on his face.

"Even if I'd thought of that, I can't perform spells. I'm human, remember?" I questioned him.

"Being human doesn't have anything to do with it. Anyone can perform magic as long as they're strong enough. Some spells are more powerful than others, but just a simple translation spell you could do on your own with no damage at all," he explained.

"Well, that's great, but do you happen to know a translation spell? Because 90% of the books in this library are in some foreign language, so how would we be able to find the spell to translate it anyway?" I questiond him.

He thought for a moment, before his face lit up and he walked across the room. He picked up a book from the top shelf and walked back over to me. "That was fast," I pointed out.

"It just took common sense if you think about it. Translation spells are beginner spells, and beginner spells are usually in English. Felicity, being the perfectionist she is, put all the English books in one spot. There was only one beginner spell book there, so it has to be this one." He handed me the book, and I checked the table of contents, seeing a section titled 'Languages.' I figured it was probably there, and when I flipped to the page, it was the first spell listed.

Translation Spell
Spell books are written in many languages, which are sometimes hard to read. With a translation spell such as this one, the caster is enabled to translate an entire text for a limited time. The spell requires only a few simple words, written below.
