*This chapter gets a little heavy, so I hope it doesn't trigger anyone or anything. If it does, I'm very sorry.*

Katrish's P.O.V.

I was up in Felicity's room, crying. I can't believe I just did that. It wasn't Liam's fault. It wasn't fair that I just ran off like that, but I couldn't stay there. I couldn't let him see the hurt in my eyes.

I heard the front door slam shut and someone walking up the stairs. Shit! I thought. Poor Liam was gonna get screamed at.

I looked up when there was a knock on the door. "It's me," Lexi said from the other side, "can I come in?"

"Sure," I said back, my voice cracking. She walked in and closed the door tightly behind her. "I presume it was Felicity slamming the front door?" I asked for confirmation.

She nodded at me. "Well that's good. At least he won't die," I said looking at her pointedly. She giggled a little bit.

"Felicity said something similar," she said. "She wouldn't let me go after him."

"It was a smart move on her part," I told her. "You'd kill him."

"I would n-" she started, but then stopped. "Actually, yes I would."

I nodded at her with a look that said 'exactly.'

"So, what happened bbg?" She asked me, noticing my effort to change the topic. "I can go help Felicity if she needs me to."

"No, no," I told her quickly, "it wasn't exactly his fault. He doesn't know."

"What did he say?" She asked me.

"He asked me to be his girlfriend..." I said to her, trailing off.

A look of realization washed over her face. "Oh, shit," she said.

"Yeah," I said, nodding at her. She noticed the tears on my face, and passed me the Kleenex box. "Thanks," I said to her gratefully.

"No problem," she said, smiling a little. "So, what happened after that? What did you say?"

"I didn't exactly say anything," I told her, feeling guilty, "I just ran. I couldn't let him see the pain in my face."

"You just ran?" She asked me, "that wasn't fair to him and you know it."

"I know, I know," I told her, " but I didn't really stop to think about it."

"You know you owe him an explanation," she told me. She was right, I knew she was. I was about to admit that to her, but Felicity walked in.

We both turned to look at her and she walked in, closing the door behind her. "Hey," she said to me, "how are you doing?"

"I've been better," I told her honestly. I felt so bad. It wasn't Liam's fault, and I just ran off without an explanation.

"Do you want me to go get him?" She asked me. I nodded at her. "Yeah, he deserves an explanation. And I think it's time I stopped letting Drew ruin my life. "

She nodded at me, walking downstairs, Lexi following her. I took a deep breath, wiping my tears. It was time that I finally let this go.

A few minutes later, I heard footsteps and Liam showed up at the door. He stood there hesitantly. "Come on in," I said to him. He walked further into the room slowly. "Can you close the door please?" I asked him.

I may be ready to get over this, but that doesn't mean I want everyone else to know now too. He turned and closed the door and continued walking slowly into the room.
