You just moved to the village and honestly, you loved it there. But then, things start happening. Not necessarily bad things but they sure weren't what you expected.
!The reader has glasses! since there aren't many stories and I think glasses should...
"See you another time," you nodded before bolting down the hill the opposite way than Camilo did.
You didn't understand how two hours could pass so quickly but you didn't have time to ponder about the fact since you had to be home in a few minutes.
You burst through the door and announced: "I'm back!"
"Y/n! Just in time!" your mother smiled. "How about you go and get ready? We have to be at the Madrigals' in 20 minutes."
"Yeah," you nodded, going up to your room. The house had four bedrooms, all on the second floor. Your parents shared one and each set of the twins shared one so you were somewhat in luck with that. Although, yes, your room was noticeably smaller than the other but you were okay with it because you found it comfy and quicker to clean.
You went to your wardrobe, which you had unpacked before you went to unpack the kitchen while your parents went to the market, and opened the door. You quickly shuffled through your dresses and chose a dress with a pattern of flowers in the top and near the bottom.
[You change into this (not a need, just what I imagine):
And you wore this before (you can still change it but it's what I imagine):

Next, you just combed through your hair and left it as it was. Then you cleaned your glasses before going over to your sisters' room to help them with their clothes and hair.
"Hey, Lily, Rose," you greeted, knocking before peeking your head in. "You need any help?"
"Can you help me with the zip?" Lily asked, emerald green eyes blinking at you.
You chuckled, kneeling behind her. "Rose could help you, y'know?"
"Zips are complicated!" [Get the reference? No? Okay.] Rose defended, saying complicated in a proud tone since she just learned how to pronounce the word correctly a bit of time ago. "Also can you help me too? Lily got my zip but I can't get on the stockings."
"Of course," you smiled, sitting her down on her bed before helping her put the white stockings under the dark green dress. Her twin sister's dress was a lighter tone of green. They would've matched completely but your parents wanted to make the Madrigals have a clue how to make a difference between them. Even though it was just the dress color. And behavior too but that wasn't as obvious when they both shut their mouths.
"Anything else?" you asked, standing up. They shook their heads. "Alright. Go downstairs and put your shoes on, I'm going to go and help the boys."
After knocking on the boys' door and getting the okay to come in, you saw them in their clothes - both were wearing black pants and white shirts with jackets. Aiden's jacket was lighter blue while Ethan's was darker. "You guys all set already?" you asked with a grin. They nodded before you looked at your watch. "Great, because-"
"Kids, come on, we'll be late!" your father yelled.
That. "Coming!" you informed them before ushering the boys out of the room and going after them yourself.
