I finish my remaining pizza while Arc listens to my rants, we decided to go on a small date today so we came to eat pizza together at night, it's currently 12:00 am
Goals
Arc gets up while I wipe my hands with tissues, he offers me his hand and we both leave the restaurant.
"What else do you want to do amore?" He asks
"I don't know, everything is fun with you"
"Well, I say let's go get ice cream" he says with a smirk and I can't help but chuckle
"Sure dude"
"I'm not your dude"
"Bro"
"No"
"Buddy?"
"Reth" he grumbles so I laugh and shut up, he places a kiss on my head as he sighs softly.
We're walking to the ice cream parlour when suddenly four guys come out nowhere and surround us.
"Um what the fuck?" I mutter as I tighten my grip on Arc
Arc takes out his gun which he apparently had with him? Since when?
Four Vs Two, more like one
I'll have to protect Arc
Sigh
Soon the guys start removing their masks and I gasp as I see their faces
"Elias? What the heck?" I question but he just glares at me
My heart stops and Arcane's grip on my tightens as the guy next to him speaks up, taking my attention
"Well you see, I didn't want to involve you, but then again you deserve this and so much worse, you snobby bitch. Always acting like you were better than me, I only ever asked you on a date and you couldn't even say yes? If only you would've done as I said, I would've left you out of this"
"Dave" I glare at him
"He told me you rejected him too" he points towards Elias, "and what's better than having common enemies, right" he laughs

"you should shut up if you want to keep your tongue" Arc grunts and I see the boys visibly flinch
Hah. Scaredy cats
I focus on the other two guys but I have never seen them before, one is tall and muscular, looking a bit similar to Dave while the other is lanky.
"What do you want?" Arc says in a tone I've never heard, nor do I ever want to hear it again because it sounds nothing like the guy I love, he sounds cold and angry and just...cruel.
But then again it works, so maybe not such a bad thing.
"to kill you" the muscular guy speaks up, his voice isnt as heavy as you'd expect it to be, weird.
"Well that sounds fun" I whisper to Arc and his body relaxes a bit
"You see, I'm here for revenge." The muscular guy speaks up again
"Revenge?" I gasp and elbow Arc softly
No wonder he lashed out at me that one time, I AM annoying as fuck.
"You killed my father, it's only fair I kill you now"
"How unfortunate for you then" Arc sneers
Before I know it, I'm pushed behind his back and shit happens, It happens so quickly it almost gave me a whiplash, when I finally zone in, I notice the lanky guy on the floor, shot in both his legs.
