Chapter 25

It's been a while since Adeline asked her sister about how she had been to which Marcella responded that she had no idea about it.

"No idea?" Louis questioned. "Who even says that?" He added.

Louis was sitting beside Liam on the sofa opposite the sisters.

"How did you return?" Adeline asked her sister.

"Return? From where?" Liam asked looking at Adeline and Marcella with confusion clear in his eyes respectively.

Before any of the girls could answer Louis spoke "Wait. Didn't you escape because of your sister, Adeline?"

"Ohh yeah! Your grandmother informed us that she saw both of you arguing and later that night you ran away?" Liam agreed with Louis.

"Also, where were you, Marcella?" Louis inquired. "Did you also run away?"

"What the hell, Louis," Adeline growled. "Shut your mouth if you don't know anything." She added.

"Calm down, Ad." Marcella's adorable but confident voice escaped her mouth.

"Louis, I think Marcella was taken by HE ," Liam said thoughtfully.

Marcella suddenly looked at Liam in astonishment. "How do you know?"

"Yeah?"Louis asked too.

"Remember the day we met Adeline's grandmother?" Liam looked at Louis.

"What? They met Granny?" Marcella surprisingly whispered to Adeline.

"Yeah. What's with that?" Louis questioned.

"Yeah, so she saw Adeline and started crying. Did you notice she was repeating ' HE took everything, Marcella is gone? They took her, they took my sunshine.' "

"Hell Yeah," Louis exclaimed.

"Do you both want to explain the whole thing? The running away of Adeline and you being taken away? What's the matter?" Louis glanced at both of the sisters and demanded an explanation.

"We used to go to the same school." Marcella began explaining. " Adeline, being a year older than me always acted like a mother. I was short-tempered and irresponsible from the day I remember but it was Adeline who I knew and still know is always with me who always helped me in gaining confidence. We used to argue a lot. In the beginning, I didn't like Adeline because her restrictions were way too much according to me. We went to Golillion School of Magic for nine years. We had a very incredible school life. The friends, Professors, and each and everything about the school was so adequate that we didn't want to leave the school but due to summer and winter breaks we had to visit our family twice a year." She looked up at Liam and Louis respectively with distress clear in her eyes. "It was the ninth year of our school. We were very excited to go to our house because our grandmother had visited us then after a long time who is dearer to us than our lives. Little did we know that the day we thought would be brighter as a sunny day was dark as a night without the moon." She stopped.

Tears started developing in Marcella's eyes.

"We reached our house after a long journey by metrain. We.."

"What's the metrain? Sorry for the interruption." Liam asked.

"An underground railway," Louis informed.

"Yeah." Adeline agreed with Louis.

"Oh. Thanks. Marcella, you may continue. Sorry again." Liam apologized.

"It's alright." She replied to Liam and continued " we were very delighted to meet our grandmother. My mother was very happy to have us back at home and our grandmother was even happy to meet us again we all were just laughing and eating. It was the most wonderful moment of our lives because at that moment we were happy. Happy about being together, enthusiastic about the moment we were sharing, and delightful about the love we had for each other but little did we know that that moment was going to cease soon. After having food and talking in the evening, I went to the forest near my house. Since the day I remember, I usually used to visit the forest so that I could feel nature, I could play with the leaves and flowers by creating some cute stuff. Nature has always inspired me in some or another way so I just really liked it to spend my time between nature. That day I went to the forest to feel those things again I heard those very strange voices, voices yelling and shouting. I didn't know if it was only audible to me but when I looked around I found myself alone in that dense forest. I was of course very scared but I decided to follow the path from where the voices were coming. I was indeed very nervous but I wanted to discover what was happening because I was worried if someone was in danger or something or needed help so I decided to walk there and I was shocked to witness two wizards fighting. One of them was covered with all black. A long black flowing cloak on which thunderstorms were taking place within in it and the wizard opposite to him was wearing a long black simple cloak whose face was visible while the face of the other wizard wasn't visible at all. It was covered with some wondrous item and his eyes were glowing red which was horrifying.
