Marcella's POV:

"I'm really sorry, Zayn. I foolishly accused you, without knowing anything." I admitted my mistake.

"It's okay, Marcella." He said, the disappointing gaze was soaring. "I understand."

"There's something I wanted to ask you for a long time." I don't know if it's the right time or not but I need to know the reason.

"What?"

"During the game, that day," as soon as he heard words from me his expression changed as if he knew what's coming next. "Why were you attacking only Louis when you were supposed to play as a team?"

"Was I?"

"You're such a bad liar." I giggled at his expression. "Your expressions are more honest than your mouth."

He didn't say anything.

"I came to ask you about this that day as well but then I saw you with Marina followed by Markus and I couldn't ask." I informed him.

"Ohh yeah, Marina. I wanted to tell you whatever you saw that day was forced by Marina. Thank god, you arrived." He spoke with a relaxing tone.

"You could have strictly asked her to stay away."

"You're oblivious to her black magic, aren't you?" He let out a laugh. "She's famous for that, uhh, not only her but her whole family. A whole different species."

I joined in the laughter with him.

"Okay, seriously, now answer my question." I tried to stop laughing.

"What question?" Wow, what a memory.

"Why were you attacking Louis personally that day?" I repeated my question.

"But why does it bother you?" He sounds annoyed.

"Because, first of all he's my friend and secondly, you were not playing fair game." I responded.

"I just don't like him." His jaw was clenching gradually.

"Why? He's such a nice guy. He-"

"Yeah? The hero of the world? The strongest wizard? The savior, our God?" He said with rage.

"Zayn? Are you alright?" He kept his gaze fixed on the ground.

"No. I'm not." He met my gaze with tearful eyes.

"What's wrong?" His teary eyes made me worry, and I wasn't sure why he was upset. Gradually, I started uncovering the mysteries of his life. As I learned more, it became clear that he was carrying a heavy burden of pain, and love seemed to be missing from his life.

He didn't speak, he seemed to be struggling to speak.

"You can trust me, Zayn. I promise." I tried to assure him. "Your heart is a story waiting to be told, not a graveyard for untold tales. Let me be the scribe of your heart's journey, as we resurrect love from the depths of silence."

He gazed at me with eyes filled with admiration and confessed, "I always believed in my strength, thinking I could conquer anything alone, until your touch reached my soul, not just my hand. Now, here I am, opening up and finding a serenity I never knew I craved. You've breathed life into my heart, and I want to remain by your side indefinitely. I yearn to love you eternally and make a lifelong commitment. I never wish for life to end as long as it means I can be with you, gazing into your beautiful eyes, and finding my own reflection in them. I yearn to connect with your soul like no other, share moments under the stars and the moon, and get lost in the enchanting depths of your eyes for all eternity. My love for you transcends this lifetime, extending to every existence we might embrace. With each heartbeat, my devotion to you grows stronger, and I want you to know that you're not just a resident of my heart; you've become an inseparable part of my wandering soul. You are my angel, the one who has taken me to a heavenly realm with your love, and I can never express enough gratitude for that. In the vast darkness of my world, you became the guiding star, illuminating not just the void, but also the hidden galaxies within me.
