Louis was sweating and his breathing fastened. He turned on the lamp, the lower part of which was a rod-like structure made of wood, covered with brown color and on the top of it was a small sun-like sphere which was in the air. To turn that lamp on, the edge of the rod like structured was needed to press after which the sphere emitted white light that of like moon light.
He wanted water to drink which couldn't be found anywhere in the room. He got out of the bed and through the hallway he walked to the kitchen which was just opposite to his room. His blue eyes gazed around the kitchen. His eyes stopped at the left corner. He rushed in the direction his eyes had paused and quickly filled the glass kept on the slab with a jar beside it and drank water. He realized that he needed to expose himself to fresh air for a while so, he directly walked to the backyard whose transparent door in the hall opened to a big, green backyard surrounded by tall tress and short colorful flowers.
Louis was bewildered to find Marcella lying on the soft blue grasses, which appeared green at day and staring in the sky. Louis was confused but he predicted that she might be here for inhaling fresh air after all her past wasn't fair to her as well.
"Hey."Louis stammered and sat beside Marcella.
"Oh, hey." Marcella rapidly got up and sat.
"What are you doing here at this time?" Both of them asked each other together.
Both of them started laughing.
"Who should answer first?" Louis asked.
"You." Marcella replied.
"I'm here to inhale some fresh air." Louis informed Marcella who was putting back her long hair, which was repeatedly coming to her mouth and eyes due to the wind.
While Louis gazed at her, she asked "my turn to answer?" She looked at Louis and added "Well, I'm here to observe stars."
An expression of confusion crossed Louis's face. "What? I mean Why?" He questioned.
"Because I find stars fascinating." She answered.
"Fascinating? They are just celestial bodies twinkling in the sky. What's so fascinating about them?" Louis looked up at the sky.
Marcella glared up at the sky too. "Have you ever observed stars?" She added.
"Is there anything to observe about them?" Looking up at the stars, Louis asked.
"Yes. Although they are surrounded by complete darkness, they shine fearlessly." Still glaring up the stars, Marcella replied.
On hearing to Marcella's words, Louis suddenly looked down at her with amazement.
"I never thought that." Honestly saying, Louis laid down gazing at the fearless shining stars in the sky. "Do you like the sun or the moon more?" He added.
"Moon." Laying down beside Louis, Adeline answered.
"Why?" Louis eyes still focused on the lovely night sky.
"Because she's calm, she listens and she shines despite of being filled with flaw." Marcella spoke looking up at the big white moon.
"What about you?" Marcella questioned.
"I'll go with sun." Louis replied.
"Why?" Marcella looked at Louis.
Louis looked in her side and looking at her replied "He's her lover."
"Lover?" Marcella asked with confusion clear in her voice.
Louis's eyes moved back to the night sky. "Haven't you seen how much he loves her?" He continued "He's ruthless for everyone else except for her. He literally dies everyday to let her live. Have you ever seen how beautifully moon lights up because of him? It's so crazy how both of them aren't destined to be together yet they love and when once in a year when they come face to face, the way the sun radiates it's light is so alluring. The reddish-orange light of the sun at the time of the solar eclipse reflects its joy and happiness while the moon becomes sad and looses all it's energy because they couldn't collide. The sun sees all the flaws and imperfections of the moon and that's what makes him love her more.Wouldn't you admire such a lover?" Admirably Louis explained.
