Chapter 21

The green-blue eyes of Louis were completely filled with shock.

"S-Slayer?" He stammered.

"Kendrix." His eyes which were completely devastated looked at Kendrix and continued. "Where are my mum and dad? Are they still alive or....?

"No, Louis. They aren't dead. They are alive." Kendrix informed Louis who was very relaxed and glad to hear his words.

"Can I meet them?" Louis couldn't think of anything but about the appearance of his parents.

"No." As soon as Kendrix spoke his eyes immediately raised at Kendrix in amusement.

"Why?" Louis's whole face was wrinkled because of the confusion caused by Kendrix's answer in his mind.

"Because we don't know where are they." Kendrix hanged his face down in disappointment.

"Huhh! What the hell?" Louis hissed. "How don't you know about them?" He added.

"That's the point Louis. We not only have any idea about your parents but also about Alec and his team." Amazement crossed Louis's face.

"What?" Louis asked.

"Yes. After the death of Rath, Alec found your parents who were expecting your arrival anytime then and sezied them in one of his castle without anyone's knowledge."

"Sezied them? Why?" Louis questioned.

"Yes because he wanted to kill his slayer the moment he was born." Kendrix informed.

"Why didn't he kill my parents directly? I mean if he would've killed my mom then I would've been killed directly." Louis queried.

"Because of his Love for your mother. Love can insist a person to do anything Louis, anything. The only thing that was real in that wizard was the Love he had for your mother. He couldn't see her dead." Kendrix explained to the slayer of Alec.

"Why didn't he kill my father then? He didn't like him either, isn't it?" Louis questioned to the head of the Ministry of Golillion again.

"Yes but your mother demanded Alec that if she killed Austin, your father then she would kill herself too. In spite of being an evil person , he couldn't resist the thought of your mother's demise and he agreed but he declared that he would kill their son at any cost and wouldn't agree to any of her requests now. Your parents were constrained Louis, they were completely helpless." Kendrix's eyes got tearful while explaining to Louis.

"Your mother used to cry whole day and night due to the thought of your death. Her heart was completely devastated at the thought that the child she dreamed of would completely fill her life with happiness and love but the child was going to void her and his husband's life forever. The birth of their child was going to murder them internally. She wished that you weren't born so that she couldn't witness your death."

Louis's heart was shattered again resulting in hot tears falling down through his eyes.

"How....did I.... survive then?" Louis's voice broke down.

Kendrix chose not to answer the question Louis's just asked about his survival.

"Meanwhile Alec was getting weaker. Due to his father's attack he was was frailed physically but not mentally. His determination was greater than the weakness of his body so he never gave up on his mission." He looked up at Louis and continued "The moment your mother brought you in this world, Alec appeared in front of your family to kill you but your mother, she wasn't ready to hand you to him. She kept warning him to "Stay Away" from you and your father warned him to stay away from his wife and their child but Alec didn't bother to walk forward to them to take you. As he approached you a ray of green light attacked him and he stepped back and fell on the ground. The attacker took you from you mother and tried to free them from the invisible chain by which your parents were tied was very strong and by the time he was trying to set up your parents free, Alec woke up and unexpectedly Alec along with your parents passed away from the attacker's sight leaving you in it's hand. That was the last time Alec and your parents were seen." Kendrix thoughtfully elucidated.
