Calums pov:
"I got the results back! It's not too bad honestly. I have a small ulcer on my stomach and one small ulcer on my esophagus. All I need is a few doses of medicine and I'll be good. I'm not going to lie, but I'm depressed. I don't feel happy any more. Everything is different now. I'm sick, I'm dying. I'm 19, I truly think I deserve longer. I hate having to have people I'm close to watch me suffer, they don't deserve that kind of pain. When I breathe it hurts,i wish I can cry,letting it all out is what I need. I should've never tried smoking, it has ruined my life. Sometimes I wish I can close my eyes and have the pain and sickness just go all away. I told my doctor that I wanna switch over to intense radiation it'll wipe out my immune system but I'm fine with that as long as the tumors shrink."
***michael walks in holding his guitar***
'Hey bro, look what I got. I want to sing some songs I think we need something to do.'
And instantly Cal's face lit up.
Michael immediately started strumming his acoustic guitar at ashton used two pens to bang on the chair (that's what he used for drums) Luke began to sing I miss you by blink182 than michael and than ashton started to sing along.
"Hey Calum try and sing along. No one will judge you."
Calum began to sing along and his voice was kind of raspy. He was happy and that was the good news.
When 5sos finished the song nurses and doctors cheered and clapped. They were surprised and very happy about Calum to be able to sing well. Cal has an amazing voice nobody can deny that. No one at all.
Calum got emotional and cried. "When I die in a few months at my funeral I want you guys to sing that for me."
Ashton,Michael and luke all looked at each other in concern, and sadness filled their faces.
'Calum don't say that. You're not gonna die. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger,right?'
Michael always knew how to make people feel better when they were down.
To ashton,michael&luke, death was not an option. it'll never be an option.
