June 2nd..New York City,The National Cancer Walk.
Luke, Ashton and Michael flew to NY to walk the cancer walk. They donated money and are walking for Calum. They all decided to wear the, "Calum's Not Fighting Alone', shirts.
Some fans were walking for Cal as well, which is adorable. They boys walked for about 5 miles and were facetiming calum. Calum was currently in the hospital getting intense chemotherapy and he was very sick from it.
And the end of the walk a news station stopped the boys and interviewed them this is what the news guy sad.
News guy: Hi how many miles did you guys walk?
Ashton: I'd say about 5 miles.
News guy: How much money did you donate, individually?
Michael: I think we each donated $1000,each.
News guys: Who did you walk for?
Luke; Our bestfriend, who is also in our band, calum hood.
news guy: What type of cancer was Calum diagnosed with?
Ashton: He was diagnosed about a year ago with Stage 2 lung cancer.
new guys: Is he here with you guys?
Luke: No, he's back home in Australia. He's recieving treatment at the moment
news guy: Any plans for another tour?
Michael: Yes and no. We'll probably come back here in August and were not sure if calums condition will worsen.
