Luke's POV:
"I'll totally admit it now. I love Calum. Not just in a friends kind of way. I have total feelings for him. I was thinking of walking into my mums hotel room and coming out to her. And than I was gonna tell Michael and Ashton. But I don't know how to tell Cal that I have feelings for him. That's going to be difficult."
(Luke knocks on Liz's door)
"Mum, can I come in I have something to tell you. It's kind of important. I thought you should know..."
'The door is open. Come right in sweetheart.'
"I opened the door and sat on the edge of the bed."
'Now Luke what do you want to tell me.'
"I was nervous as fuck. I started to sweat. Than I began fiddling my fingers."
'Go on tell me. I won't get mad or upset.'
"Mum...mum, I'm gay." I sighed in relief with tears filling my eyes. I couldn't look at my own mother. she's probably going to be so disappointed in me.
'Luke I'm so proud of you. I'm happy that you know what sexuality you are. You know that me and your father will support you no matter what.'
"Thank you. I really did need to hear that. And mum , I have something else to tell you."
'Honey, what else is on your mind?'
"Well I have some feeling for Calum. But Calum is straight. And I don't think I should tell him right now since what's been going on."
'Dont be afraid to talk to him about it. Maybe you should tell Joy first. She'll understand.'
"I'm embarrassed though. Her son's health is more important than my freaken sexuality...."
'Just talk to joy, she'll explain it to Calum. Ok? I love you.'
"I love you too. Thank you for everything." I scurried out of the room. I ran down the hallway and guess who I ran into? Joy Hood.
"Sorry Joy, I wasn't paying afternoon. I didn't mean to run into you."
'Its okay. Is there something wrong?'
"Yes there is. I should tell you. My mum was ok with it and so should you...."
'Im listening,you can tell me Luke.'
"Joy Hood, I would like to tell you, I'm Luke Robert Hemmings, I'm gay and I'm in love with your son Calum."
I sighed. I looked up at Joys facial explanation. She was so shocked. And than she smiled a bit. And walked away. "Thank you for understanding Mrs Hood." I said and she walked away yelling your welcome back to me. It honesty felt good to get that off my chest.
