You end up in a smaller room this time, only lit up by candles all around the room. It has two large staircases on either side of the room. A man sits on the ground up ahead with his head down. He has two scars across both his eyes and another near his chin. He has blue spiky hair, a green vest with some red pants.
He soon speaks as we enter," I've been waiting for you.." He looks up at Hisoka with a wide grin and rageful eyes. "....Hisoka. I'm not an examiner this year. I'm here for revenge." He stands up and when he continues to speak Gittarackur leads you and Prince over to one of the staircases. He sits you down.
"Ever since last year's exam, all I've thought about was killing you.." He pulls out a sharp curved knife.
"Today, I'll get payback for my scars!" As he talks you tell Gittarackur what happened in the last room and helps you with your wound with the first aid kit that's in your backpack.
You watch the two men speak back and forth trying to focus on something other than the pain.
"Those scars merely show that you were an incompetent examiner," Hisoka responds to him calmly as the man pulls out another curved knife.
"You're blaming me for your own inadequacies..~"
"Shut up!" He laughs as spins the two knifes quickly in his hands," Prepare to die."
"Two-blade style?" Hisoka questions. He is shocked to see the man throw the knifes in the air for him to pull out another two knifes.
"All-Direction Four Blade Style!" He throws the two knifes in Hisoka's direction yelling," Take this!" Hisoka easily dodges the blades as they go back to the man throwing them. He charges Hisoka attempting to cut him but Hisoka just backs up.
The blades that were in the air start to head towards Hisoka from behind but merely dodges them only getting sliced in the side. The man collects the blades.
"It's not over yet!" He yells as he throws the blades at Hisoka straight ahead again but Hisoka easily dodges them and goes into a handstand type position then flips backwards to land on his feet.
He continues to dodge every hit. You hiss in pain when Gittarackur starts to stitch your side up,"Ow.." He looks up at you,"Sorry." He responds.
As Hisoka continues to dodge everything, the man laughs before speaking again," Up, down, left, right. Front and back. You have nowhere to run! You'll be cut from every angle, by my endless stream of blades. Dodging my waves of infinite attacks is impossible! I'll have you writhing in pain..."
He throws two blades at Hisoka and charges at him with two in his hands,"...and then you'll die, Hisoka!" The two blades seem to hit him straight on but he caught them.
The man jumps backwards," It would indeed be difficult to dodge your attacks.." Hisoka says before slightly licking the blade. He continues talking as he walks towards the man," So I should simply stop the blades."
The man starts to sweat with stress. Hisoka stops right in front of him and spins the blades around in his hands. "Oh~" he stops spinning the blades," It was easier than I anticipated." He grins with pure evil. "I appreciate your futile efforts..~"
The man yells out to the ceiling," DAMN IT!" Before Hisoka swiftly slices the man's head off with one clean swipe. A gust of wind makes all the candles go out and we are left in darkness.
After Gittarackur finished up cleaning your wound, he helps you get up and walk up the stairs with Hisoka. "Hm?~ What's this? Little fruit, are you hurt?" Hisoka says to you with a bit of worry in his tone.
Before you could respond, Gittarackur speaks up," She got shot in the last room." As they talk about what happen you all make it to the top of the stairs. The wall opens up and we all walk through.
A speaker can be heard throughout the room," Applicant #44 Hisoka, is the first to pass the Third Phase. Total time, six hours and seventeen minutes. Applicant #45 Y/n, is the second to pass the Third Phase. Total time, six hours and seventeen minutes. Applicant #301 Gittarackur, is the third to pass the Third Phase. Total time, six hours and eighteen minutes."
You yawn out of exhaustion and sit down by the door you all had just came out of and rest your head on the wall, Hisoka sits on your right and Gittarackur sits on your left and Prince curls up by your feet.
"How are you feeling y/n?" Gittarackur asks you. You yawn as he speaks. "Not the best, I'm in a lot of pain since my adrenaline wore off and I'm tired.." You rub your eyes, getting very sleep.
You rest your head on Hisoka's shoulder and close your eyes,"I'm going to take a nap.." You say slowly as you start to fall asleep to Hisoka gently patting your head.
