Got this idea from another oneshot book made by @yourbestfriendaxo seemed like a fun ship so lets do it. 👍
Oh lovely, the blackouts over. That's probably the worst part of every day I really liked that blackout, it was just starting to get fun! I look back to all of the humans that were now retreating into the pink shields as the lights came back on unlike all the other gootraxians I was on they're side however, if they make one false move I'm snap they're necks.
"Thanks for the help Buck!" One of the humans patted my shoulder with a smile before looking up at me, I nodded and began to walk away. It was kind of boring when there was no blackout I would usually look around for any goos I could brutally harass until they died but they never showed up at this time. I still went to look for some nonetheless. On my way to the cafeteria though I heard a lot of tapping noises, I looked over and there was this strange thing I had never seen before tapping on the glass to a vending machine, what the h^ll? Oh well it doesn't really matter it will be knocking on heavens doorstep once I'm done with it. I crouched down to all fours and slowly walked up to it while it was completely distracted by just some chips and drinks in a box, I jumped up with a snarl and grabbed it by it's tail flipping it upside down and turning it to me. The thing looked like it had 3 eyes which was a bit concerning.
"Hi!" It smiled widely before pulling it's goggles down. Oh, goggles.
"Hi?..." I bared my teeth slightly. Are they stupid or are they acting stupid? Everyone would have started flailing around and screaming for help when they saw me holding them in the clutches of my claws.
"I have never seen you before." It poked my nose and tilted it's head.
"Why don't I introduce myself then, I'm buck." I grin at them. They're face quickly changed from cheerful to concerned, now things are getting interesting.
"You've heard of me?" My grin got wider as shook them side to side a little bit.
"So I have..." It looked down and looked back at me before spitting in my face causing me to drop them.
"AUGH, WHAT THE HECK!!!" I sharpen my eyes and search for them while flickering my sight left to right, where did they go-
"Bet you haven't heard of me!" I turned around and it was jumping up and down excitedly.
"Oh yeah?" I unsheathe my claws and prepare for an attack, it was sort of smaller then me this should be easy. They grab me by the neck and flip they're goggles down with a nod as they made a strange charge up noise.
"I'm Nightcrawler." They giggled menacingly. What in the world was wrong with this guy? I then realize that this is what the humans were talking about, wasn't I made to kill this guy? With some thought and consideration I swung up my paw and slashed them across the face, the thing staggered back in pain as I licked some of the blood off of my paws.
"Ow? Ok ok listen, I'm not trying to hurt you. Or kill you as a matter a fact." Nightcrawler raised it's arms slightly.
"Pfft- AHAHAHAH! You? Kill me?" I laughed while wiping a nonexistent tear from my eye.
"That's the funniest thing I've heard in a while." I took a step towards them with a grin I thought was scary.
"Nice, don't care." They pushed their goggles above they're head and glared at me with they're arms crossed. I should probably think about this, it looks strong and I'm pretty sure it's like the same tier as me and not some easy prey to hunt and kill like jammers or catte's. Unless I could trick it into being on my side and lower they're standards.
"Alright fine you've caught my attention so lets try this differently. I'm Buck." I sheathed my claws and constricted my pupils before looking back down at them, they raised a brow at me and stepped back. This isn't going to be easy. All of a sudden they smiled cheerfully and held out their paw.
"Nightcrawler!" They awaited my approval while slightly bounding up and down. This is going to be easy I guess. I went out to shake their hand before they swung it to the back of their head and laughed aloud.
"Gotcha!" They pointed at me amusingly while holding a paw over their mouth to contain they're laughter. Embarrassed a light purple blush appeared on my face as my blood began to boil, this little rat. I batted them across the head and snorted, I wish I could just rip their arm off right now. They weren't laughing anymore instead of protesting they looked up at me with a warm smile as they rubbed the back of their head. This will be a lot easier then I thought.
Epik time skip.
Overtime both me and Nightcrawler had gotten close with each other, a bit to close others would say. The humans would always question my behavior towards Nightcrawler and I would have to continue to tell them my plan but of course they're not the only ones that took notice of this. Often when me and them are walking around the place a lot of gootraxians started to catch notice of it to, they think I'm growing soft but I'm not I'll still tear they're limbs off one by one. But I know how I'm acting towards Nightcrawler something about them just gives me this odd feeling that I don't want to hurt them, I just want to protect them. Who am I kidding the humans would never allow it but they're also not the boss of me soooo. I'm not to sure what to do just yet I've been pushing humans ideas for ambush on Nightcrawler for so long that they're starting to grow suspicious. Just to clear my mind I might as well go and find them, they're usually at the cafeteria. I walked around the commotion of humans and goos fighting and head into the cafeteria, before I could walk fully inside though I saw them talking to someone. Not me, some random ugly. I bare my teeth and quickly pace over there where I stop standing just above Nightcrawler, I snarl at them and hug Nightcrawler from behind.
"Uhhh I got to go!" They ran away as fast as they could, if they didn't things could have gotten really ugly in here. I walk around and sit beside them and continue to cling onto them.
"Hey Buck!" Nightcrawler said cheerfully while patting me on the head. At least they didn't judge me for every action I made like everyone else would, it felt nice.
"Hi.." I mumbled while dragging them closer to me. I heard them laugh to themselves quietly
"Your acting different." They said as they embraced my clinginess with a hug. Thank goodness I'd probably pop them like a bubble if they didn't
"No I'm not, shut up." I growl, I buried my muzzle into they're rather thin fur and sighed. This felt a lot more better then killing them I want to stay here for a few more hours.
"Your kind of hot, you know that right?" Of course they'd start getting flirtatious in a moment like this, they can never shut up.
"Obviously." I groan before putting my paw to their mouth.
