Dylan accompanied for almost a week. He wanted me to familiarize riding on a horse first so I won't panic and I won't get scared when I'm alone. We visited a few places near their land too, mostly are the landmarks in the municipality.

We have also tried going to the town proper using Celeste, even when I'm so against it. We argued over it but he explained that a horse like Celeste is used to running to farther places. And I couldn't win when he's looking at me with that smirk on his face, he knew I would be uncomfortable when he's staring at me boldly.

I got used to it so far, I slowly realized that Celeste is an animal that's meant for such kind of thing. And I've gotten used to Dylan's attitude too, his playfulness and cockiness, and his jokes. He's a playboy and it seems so normal for him to play around, with words that are too bold for me.

"You can use Celeste," he said.

I looked at him. "Sinong gagamitin mo?"

After almost a week of using Celeste together, he's gonna let me ride it alone now.

He smiled. I followed him inside the stable. Mang Cesar is already in there, petting a big black horse that really got my attention.

If Celeste is already big for me, then this one is bigger, or probably the biggest horse in this stable.

"His name's Colton," Dylan said that made me look at him.

"Is he your horse too? I didn't see him here before."

He walked towards Colton and I watched how the horse nickered with his touch.

"Yeah, Colton is my first horse, he's two years older than Celeste." He looked at me. "And he's quite aggressive so we separate him from everyone."

I nodded. I looked at the horse and realized that it's obvious that it's aggressive. His skin is all black, even his hair, and his eyes too, he looks so dark and scary, a big dark horse. And looking at him beside Dylan, it made me think that Dylan is better with a dark horse like this. He looks more.. I don't know.. he looks more unsettling.

I stepped back when Dylan pulled him, making them both look at me.

Dylan chuckled. He leaned down with a smirk on his face. "What? Are you scared of Colton?"

I sighed. I stood up properly and avoided his face because he's leaning too much again. He likes intimidating me all the time, sometimes I'm thinking that he's already doing it on purpose.

"He's just too big and too dark.." I said.

He smiled. His eyebrow moved while looking at me. "That's why you won't use him, si Celeste ang gagamitin mo, hindi pwede si Colton."

I rolled my eyes at him because I already know that. And I don't think I can ride this big horse. I turned around to go out first while I heard his laugh behind me.

Celeste is already outside, already prepared since Dylan instructed Mang Cesar to get her ready before I come here. Next time, I will ask him to teach me how to tack a horse too, so that I won't have to depend on anyone when I want to go out.

"Where are we going today?" I asked when Dylan came out with Colton.

I couldn't remove my eyes from the horse when it got out of the stable. Its black hair and skin is now more defined because of the sunlight, making him look like a monster who got out from its cage in the middle of the day. Dylan looks more prominent too, standing next to a monster like that.

"Stop staring at him, Colton is aggressive."

I blinked when he suddenly appeared infront of me, holding my chin so I'll stop staring at the horse.
