True Love~Bucky

*frozen inspired: y/n's heart is frozen and she needs true loves kiss to thaw it*

"Tony!" Y/N rushed out of the helpers hands and into her one true loves.
"Y/N? You're freezing!" He looked at her worried. She clutched his collar and reached up to his neck.
"Kiss me! I need you too kiss me!"
The workers widened their eyes and left the two alone for privacy.
"Kiss me!"
"Woah, hold on Y/N. Just sit." Tony helped her over to the lounge chair and sat by her legs.
"What happened?"
Y/N explained quickly that her sister had struck her in the heart and the only way to thaw it was for a true loves kiss.
"You said she wouldn't hurt you."
She looked down at her lap, tears welling up in her eyes.
"I-I was wrong." She met his eyes and he cupped her cheek.
"Please...kiss me."
Tony nodded and leaned in, Y/N closed her eyes waiting for his lips to touch hers.

Only, they never did. She heard him chuckle and she opened them, seeing Tony stand and close the curtains.
"You are so gullible."
"W-what?"
"I mean, did you honestly think I loved you?"
Y/N blinked the tears away as her eyes followed his movements throughout the cold room.
"Your sister was my first choice but it was obvious there was no getting through to her. But then you just fell right into my lap. Seeking, no, craving love. Validation. Attention. It was pathetic but too good of an opportunity to pass up." He picked up the jug of water in the table.
"No..." Y/N fell off the chair trying to stop him, her body freezing more and more by the second. He poured the water over the warm fire and threw the jug to the side. Bending down to her level, he clutched her chin to look at him.
"Once you're dead and your sister is executed for her crimes. I will be the ruler of this country and no one will know the truth." He smirked and pushed her head away. Walking out of the door he locked it and broke the key in the keyhole making sure she couldn't get out.

Y/N curled into a ball by the fire pit, she tried to relight it but she was too weak. The ice was flowing through her body even more. She had minutes till she was fully frozen. She cried silently to herself, she was gullible. She should've known better and listens to her sister. She shouldn't have made her sister mad, everything was all her fault. Not her sisters. Not Tony's. Hers. And she was going to die knowing she was the cause to Tony's reign. Closing her eyes she drifted away, trying to distract herself from the cold in her veins. She heard the door bust open and picked her head up slightly.
"B-bucky?" Her teeth chattered.
"Oh Doll!" He ran over to her and picked her up into his lap. Brushing her now white air away from her face he sees down at her. A small smile formed on her face, happy she wasn't going to die alone.
"You came back..."
"I had too. I had to make sure you were okay. Where's Tony?"
"He lied. He just wanted to use me to be king." She sniffed and Bucky held her tighter, trying to warm her.
"Can I try something?" He asked holding her face. She nodded weakly. His thumb rubbed her frost bitten cheek as he leaned down to his lap. His lips softly pressed onto hers. His mouth immediately warming her own, she felt warmth travel from her lips down to her body. Before she knew it she wasn't shivering anymore. Pulling away Bucky's eyes widened at her now normal colored hair and her warm rosy cheeks.
"It was you." She whispered and cupped his cheek.
"I guess it was." He half smiled and she chuckled.

-3 Years Later-

After Y/N was saved by Bucky, the two went and found Tony. He was putting on a show, crying and telling everyone how her sister killed her. How it was too late for him to save her. Needless to say everyone turned on him once Y/N walked through the doors looking perfectly healthy. She told them everything and he was the one put away for good. Y/N's sister was released from the dungeon and was told what happened.
"But how?" Y/N's sister asked confused how she was alive.
"True love can thaw a frozen heart." Y/N smiled. Her sister looked at her hands.
"Love. Love thaws." She moved her hands and the ice that once covered every surface now melted away.

"Okay and open!"
Y/N pulled the blindfold off her eyes and blinked adjusting to the summer sun. She looked at her sister standing off to the side with a big smile and tears in her eyes.
"What's wrong?"
Her sister pointed and she turned to see Bucky kneeling before her. A small ring was in his hands and she gasped.
"Y/N. When I first met you, you annoyed me. I didn't want to help you find your sister. But I'm glad I did because somewhere along that journey, I fell madly in love with you. And everyday that feeling grows. I don't know who I'd be without you and your beautiful smile. So, will you be my one true love for the rest of our lives?"
Tears fell from Y/N's face as she nodded her head aggressively.
"Yes! Yes, of course!" She shouted and jumped into his arms. He laughed and held her close placing small kisses to her temple. She pulled back and held out her hand. Bucky slid on the ring and she stared in awe, all her life she's wanted a love that made her feel like she was in a fairy tale. And Bucky was the one who gave that to her.
