Footsteps were to be heard in the long hallway where it leads to the ballroom. There seen a girl who has her ash blonde hair bouncing along with every step she took.
She just recovered her current life's memories, she was annoyed with the fact that she had to stay in bed for it without anybody knowing that she was already awake.
A strong and fierce aura radiated from her as she finally arrived at her destination. She blasted the door open which caught everyone's attention, including the two royals who were filled with a heavy atmosphere.
"This is getting tiresome, even for me, daddy." Annalisa spoke in a cold tone with her jeweled eyes screaming power.
Everyone was stunned by the sudden appearance of the 2nd princess, most specifically Athanasia, Ijekiel, and the emperor himself whose eyes widened in surprise.
"While the current Annalisa recovers my past memories, I shall take over her body in the meantime."
She said as she made her way to Athanasia with heavy and loud steps. The emperor was too stunned to speak as she stood beside her sister who's currently kneeling.
"Anna.." Athanasia called out which made the ash blonde haired look at her.
"What a surprise to actually be on good terms with you, my dear sister."
She said with a blank expression across her face before averting her gaze back to the blonde haired man and smiled widely. Her sudden action made a shiver run down on everyone's spine.
"Blessings and glory upon the sun of the Obelian empire. I'm happy to see that you're still a bastard in the end." She spoke as she did a curtsy without taking her eyes off of the male.
"However, I must thank you for at least loving me and my sister." She lowered herself and grabbed her sister's shoulders.
"At least you became a good father even if you forgot everything about it."
With that, Annalisa teleported away from the scene with her sister. The blonde haired gasped when she saw a field of wheat around them.
"W-What?" She blurted out in shock which made her sister hum before sitting down beside her.
"Lucas told you about our past, didn't he?" The ash blonde haired proclaimed which made the blonde haired look at her in shock before nodding.
"Who are you? Are you still Anna, or are you know the past her?"
"Your Anna is in the dark, recovering every memory that's been lost. I'm nothing but a mere fragment in her soul, I was summoned by her mana to be the substitute of her body." Athanasia hummed before tears started flowing down her cheeks.
"I-Is she gonna be okay? Will she ever come back?"
Annalisa looked at her sister who's on the verge of breaking down. Who can blame her? She just lost her father, and now she's about to lose the only family she has left.
