Chapter 21

(GONS pov)

Another fifteen minutes passed and I was getting ready to take Killua to the hospital. I was worried about why he had been out for so long. This can't be good. I heard him murmur quietly and move his head making me jump up and rush over to him as I saw him slowly open his eyes. He groaned before saying "Where am I?"hazy as I looked at him worried. "Hey, you fainted,  or something, I don't know if you can call it fainting, you were doing it for a long time sweetheart, do you know why? What's going on?" I asked softly as he looked at me and fumbled with his fingers.

He thought for a second about what could have caused this "Ohhh, well I just realized I haven't eaten in like how many days has it been? I think it's been three, that must be it," he said with an awkward smile and of course I got mad. How could he be so careless as to not eat?! What the hell is wrong with him! He needs food or duh this is going to happen! What an idiot!

"What?! you fainted because you haven't been eating? How do you forget to eat? I was worried? Killua seriously! Why haven't you been eating "I said, I yelled as his eyes widened and I saw them tear up, looking more aware and scared, I could tell he was trying to hold back his tears as he snuggled and a few fell slowly out of his eyes "I'm sorry," he whispered wiping his nose with the back of his sleeve.

I realized what I said and my face softened. I took a deep breath and cupped his face, wiping the tears and the tears that were still forming. "Hey, listen I'm sorry, I'm sorry for yelling. I didn't mean that, I was just scared and worried, you scared me," I said as I kissed his forehead. "I just worry a lot about you cause I love you so much, and when you're not taking care of yourself I get worried," I said as he hugged me.

"I'm really so sorry for yelling that was mean of me," I said, pulling his head into my chest.

"Come on, I called you out of work and they took you off the schedule today. Here, pull out your homework. I'll help you with it ok? I know you've been stressed so let's get some of this done," I said laying back on the bed as He nodded "I'm gonna go grab you a snack, you get all your work out, ok? anything specific you want?" He shook his head "just something light my head and funny still hurt a little bit," he said as I nodded  "ok, I'll be back,"

I went to the kitchen to see apples. I took one and sliced it into little slices then grabbed some peanut butter. Peanuts are chocked full of protein and will make him feel better in no time. I grabbed him with water and walked back up to our room finding him laying on the bed with his work.

"Ok, I am going to try to try to make scenes of this but I'm an art student so I can't promise I'll be much of a help," I said with a small laugh looking at the bar graphs and long questions.

After hours of work I was exhausted but we finally finished everything. Killua tossed the papers in his backpack. "Gonnn~" he said as I smiled at him. "Yes, sweets?" I said as he nuzzled his he's do to my arm. "My tummy hurts," I whined as he smiled and pulled me close. "Your tummies hurting?" I said pulling him between my legs, putting my hands on his stomach by lifting up his shirt and putting my hands tenderly on the spots of his tummy.

"We can just stay like this," I said as he smiled and nodded. "Ok my dear, get some rest," I said, standing softly rubbing his tummy as he rested his head against my chest and I fluffed his hair then went back to his tummy.

"Tomorrow I want you to eat more ok?" He nodded. I heard his soft breathing and eventually soft snores. I got more comfortable and feel asleep slowly after.

(Killuas pov)

I woke to to the loud alarm. I clicked it off and Gon of course was back to his whiny morning self. "Noo don't leave!" He whined and gripped my waist. "I'll see you later!" I yelled trying to get out of his grasp. "Oh my god you are so clingy in the mornings!" I yelled as he gripped me tightly "don't leave meeee I love you!" He said as I giggled. "I love you too but I gotta go," I said as he huffed and let Go.
