I raced ahead of the other three. I wonder what the talk was about. I sat beside Key and Liam.
Ambrose waited a few minutes before talking. “Harrison, it’s time for you to find out about us. We’re going to be honest to you because you’re like us.” Ambrose said. I tilted my head confused.
“I’m a werewolf, Harrison.” Ambrose said carefully. I made a soft humming noise. Liam studied me before taking a deep breath. “I’m a vampire.” Liam said. I looked over to him. I smiled kindly at them.
“I’m a hellhound.” Cydall said completely uninterested. I nodded, waiting for the others to speak up. “I’m an incubus. Please don’t ask what it is.” Keith said.
I assured him that I knew what that was. “I am a fairy.” Key said excitedly. I chuckled quietly at his excitement. “And I’m a dragon.” Corey yawned out of boredom.
I took a deep breath for encouragement. I guess it’s time to tell them. “Well I’m a werecat and I can see butterfly holograms that tells me about them. For some reason I can’t see y’alls holograms. I can turn them off because when I’m at school they’re distracting and they give me a headache.” I said.
They looked at each other with a weird look. “We were worried for nothing. Wow.” Key laughed. I laughed with him. They stared at me in awe. I was giggling softly. Cydall ruffled my hair. “You’re so cute.” Keith awed. I blushed from the slight embarrassment.
