I fell asleep on his shoulder as he continued to stroke my back. I woke up on top of Cydall on the couch. He was so warm. I purred happily, snuggling him tighter. Cydall smiled at me.
"You're so warm!" I purred. Cydall rubbed my ears gently. My ears were sensitive to the touch. I buried my head into his neck.
I closed my eyes until we were called for dinner. I slowly ate. You don't deserve to eat. You're fat. Nana was doing you a favor by putting you on that diet. You don't eat unless you run. Go throw it up.
I heard that voice in my head again. I ran to the bathroom. I shoved my fingers down my throat. I heaved up the food that was in my belly.
I noticed that the boys and Ambrose followed me. I was dry heaving. They're faking their concern. They don't care if you live or if you die. So why are you even here? Nana loved us. She had a different way of showing it. Give it up Harrison. I was pulling at my hair. The voice is so damn convincing.
I flinched away from whoever touched me. "Leave me alone!" I yelled. I shut my eyes tightly. I decided to curl up and keep my hands over my ears.
Never, Harrison. I'm a part of you and you'll never be able to get rid of me. The only way you can get of me is if you kill yourself. You're nothing without me. I was digging my claws into my skin.
"No! Leave me alone. You're wrong, you're wrong." I cried. My hands were pinned and one of them gently lifted my chin. Ambrose was in front of me with one of my pills and a glass of water.
I took it quickly. It muted the voice finally. I pressed myself into him. Ambrose gave me the comfort I needed.
