I gently pushed on his shoulder. I got up with a hiss of pain. Key jumped to his feet and began to worry. “It’s fine. My legs are cramping and I twisted my ankle earlier. I’m fine. I am tired though.” I said. Key allowed me to greet the others. I missed them very much.

I went back to my old room. It didn’t change one bit. I shut my door with a sigh. I sat on my bed. I took off my shirt slowly. I hissed quietly, Nana had broken my ribs. I need to go get my medicine and my clothes in the morning. I slid a large shirt on then took off my shorts.

When I woke up, I could feel the pain all over my body. I grumbled as I got dressed. I limped into the dining room. “Hey, can I go pick up some things from Nana’s house? I can’t fit my old clothes anymore.” I said.

Ambrose pulled me onto his lap. I smiled softly, nuzzling his chin. “Sure. I’ll drive you there.” Keith said. I thanked him with a bigger smile.

At Nana’s house, I rushed to my room. I grabbed my pills and shoved into a bag. I shoved multiple pairs of clothes into the bag. I looked around then decided to change.

I was slowly pulling my shirt over my head when Keith walked in. “What the- What happened? Did your Nana do this to you?” Keith asked. I quickly finished putting it on. I pulled a fake smile. “Nope. I fell from a tree during a hunt.” I chuckled.
