As they were walking, Izuku finally came to a stop and said;
"Well, this is my place."
"Done with me already? That was fast." Reed noted.
"N-No, it's not that, but I do have work in the morning."
"Then it looks like I'll have to see someone at work tomorrow." Reed suggested.
"Eh? I-I mean, umm..." Reed grabbed her hand and kissed the top of her hand and smiled at her.
"I had a really nice evening with you, Izuku." he said sweetly. Izuku's cheeks blossomed and so did her heart which was filled with excitement.
"I-I did too. I haven't been on such a nice and enjoyable date in a really long time." Izuku noted.
"Well then that means I should make sure to stay on your good side and give you more dates to enjoy in the future." Reed stated.
Izuku bit the bottom of her lip and felt all giddy on the inside from just how sweet and smooth talking he was.
"Then I'll be waiting to see you tomorrow."
"I agree, but don't think I'll come empty handed." Reed said.
'Holy Woah, is he going to bring something to me tomorrow? Now I'm curious as to what else he can do to make me this happy.'
"Good night, Izuku."
"Good night, Reed." Izuku mumbled as she slowly walked towards the building and then was completely out of sight of the redhead.
She pressed the button for the elevator and the second she got in the elevator, she pressed her back against the wall and exhaled.
"Holy Woah." she mumbled as the elevator doors closed in front of her.
The greenette joyously walked to her front door, unlocked it and then closed the door behind her with happiness.
"Hey, you're back! So~ how was your date?" Melissa asked, jumping off the couch.
"Melissa, all I can say is; Holy Woah was that one of the best dates I've ever gone on!" Izuku replied.
"Wow~ just hearing you say that clearly means that you've moved on from Shindo pretty quick! C'mon, sit down and tell me everything!" Melissa said, as she grabbed the greenette's hand and led her to the couch.
"Oh, where do I even begin, Melissa?"
"From the beginning, duh!"
"Okay!"
And Izuku sat there with Melissa sitting next to her and talked for the next hour about everything that she and Reed did that night. Melissa was in awe the entire time just from hearing everything, it was clear that this was no ordinary first date.
"Oh my gosh, Izu, I've never seen you this excited to talk about anybody... ever! Not even when you were with Shindo have I seen you this happy."
"I know, right? I never thought I could be this happy after moving on from Shindo that easily, and that quick too." Izuku replied.
"So, when's the next time you're gonna see Reed?" Melissa asked.
"Oh~ he did say he'd come to see me at my work tomorrow~." Izuku hummed.
"Oh my gosh, seriously?!?! Not even Shindo would go and see you at work, but Reed will! This is so exciting for you, Izu, I'm so happy for you!" Melissa exclaimed as she hugged the greenette.
