"On the bright side, it's a minor sprain on your ankle, which should take about 2 to 4 weeks to heal completely. Which means you'll have to try not to be on your feet that much for the time being." Izuku explained.
"Oh yay, it's not broken. I was really worried I would have to wear a cast." Shani exhaled.
"No no, you'll just wear a light brace to make sure your ankle doesn't get worse. But even when you wear the brace, that doesn't mean you should be on your feet a lot."
"Okay~ I'm just really happy that you and I are friends, Zuku!" Shani said happily.
"Hmph, I am too, I was actually worried that you would be the complete opposite from me."
"Oh no no no! I may be nicknamed the Goddess of Beauty, but that doesn't mean I'm mean and believe that I'm beautiful. I'm heavily flawed and I know there are much prettier people out there, like you!" "I-I am not that pretty compared to you." Izuku stuttered.
"Eeeeeiii~ I just can't get over your cute little stutter!" Shani complimented.
"I-I make mistakes too, and I don't believe I'm all that pretty."
"Oh please Zuku, the second I saw you and how you're dressed, I could tell that you're a very kind person inside and out! And you're pretty and sweet and really cute to talk to!" Shani squealed.
"Ah- you like the way I dress?"
"Yup! Just looking at how you're dressed right now, you ooze confidence that you're a doctor, and that's a good thing! Do you dress like this all the time?" Shani asked.
"O-Oh no, i-it was actually my boyfriend that picked these clothes for me and brought them to me this morning to change into."
"Oh~ So you are dating, then that means your boyfriend must be very handsome if he can pick great clothes for you."
"Y-Yes, he is pretty handsome... and he can be sweet and soft and... and gentle too."
"Aw~ Then he needs to keep it up and make sure to pick your clothes for you if you look this pretty!" Shani noted.
'Huh. Maybe it was a good idea for Kacchan and Kei-kun to pick these clothes for me.' Izuku thought.
"Oh I know, why don't we have lunch together?" Shani suggested.
"Ah- you and me?"
"And Reed too of course!"
Izuku watched as Reed jolted his head into the room from hearing the blonde.
"Lunch with Izuku joining us? But Shani, that's not really a good idea." Reed noted.
"Eh? Why not?"
"Because people will recognize you anywhere we go, and since your ankle is injured, you can't run away."
"Oh, that's true. Erm- but I really wanna learn more about Zuku and spend some more time with her~" Shani said, wrapped her arms around the greenette's arm.
"Hm... I think I know just the place that would be perfect then." Izuku suggested.
"The cafeteria of the hospital?" Reed asked, as the three of them stood at the entrance of the cafeteria.
"It's not the perfect place–and the food here can be a bit questionable sometimes–but I think this is good enough." Izuku explained.
"I've never had cafeteria food, is it good here, Zuku?" Shani asked.
