Paging Dr. Deku

47: Melting

As the Sun had already been up for a few hours, the blond cracked his eyes open to see how much in the day he'd already missed, not realizing there was a surprise in front of him. 

'Hm? How long was I asleep? Wait- I don't remember going to sleep on the bed, I was on the couch before. Why am I-' 

As soon as he moved his eyes to what was in front of him, his thoughts erased from his mind. In front of him–while lying in bed–was Izuku as she was lying fast asleep and looked very peaceful. 

'D-Deku? She's still asleep? But wait- if I didn't get in bed until now then that would mean- did Kei wake up and fall asleep here? I gotta get up and see if he did anything else.' he thought.

As he tried to get up, he realized that was gonna be a challenge since his left arm was underneath the greenette. 

'Shit, this had to be Kei, I wouldn't have done something like-' 

"Mmmh..." 

He looked in front of him to see the greenette's eyes slowly opening and all he could do was lie there and see if she'd react. 

"Mmmh... Kacchan...? Is that you...?" 

He lied there staring at her and couldn't even think of saying anything back. 

"This... This is all just a dream... isn't it?" she asked in a tired tone. He wanted to respond to her, but he just couldn't stop staring at her tired expression. 

"You're... You're mean, Kacchan." That caught him off guard, he didn't know how to react to that random statement.

"You're mean, Kacchan. You distanced yourself from me for so long and it was all because you like me. If I'd have known you felt that way towards me... I wouldn't have wanted to go after Reed... so quickly..." she mumbled, that caught him by surprise. 

"What? What'd you say?" 

"Compared to Reed... you... you're a better kisser." 

"H-Hah?" 

"As much as I shouldn't have kissed you in the past, I've always liked your kisses better than Reed's. Your kisses... are so sweet... Kacchan..." she mumbled. 

'What the hell? What kind of confession is this?' 

"When Reed kisses me... I don't like it, it's... uncomfortable. But your kisses... it's the most comfortable feeling for me..." she mumbled as she opened her eyes and looked up at him as she rested her hand on his cheek.

"Should we kiss now?" she asked. 

Katsuki was fully awake from hearing that and still had no idea what to say at this point. 

"We might as well since this is just a dream." she mumbled as she lifted her face and started leaning towards him. 

"W-W-Wait D-Deku, t-this isn't a-a dream, t-this is-" 

Too late, as he felt her pair of lips meet his and he laid there in shock. Just feeling her lips on his was something he already couldn't believe, but once he tasted her lips–which tasted like sweet flowers–he caved in completely. He wrapped his left arm around her waist and pulled her in closer and that's when the kisses got passionate right away. 

She remained calm while kissing him–but Katsuki... Katsuki went for it and got on top of her and wrapped his right arm around her back right away. Everything about this was going sweet and more passionate until-
