Wei Wuxian laid there on the bed doing everything he could to keep himself from moving too much. Baoshan was closing his spiritual container and sealing spiritual passage ways so his body can rest and properly heal. After the seal, Wei Wuxian passed out as he was so tired. Baoshan covered him up and left a note saying she will be back soon.
Baoshan left the mountain and made her way to the burial mounds, "It has been a while since I have been here," she said to herself, "But, while I am here, I should cleanse it and as I look for his body."
So she did. She had a red dizi (flute) named Hóng fēiyú (English - Red Herring).

After she took out her flute, she played a tune that summoned red smoke, that red smoke took over the resentment and relieved the souls within. The resentment was cleared after a couple of hours. The entirety of the mounds now had clouds of red everywhere. She then played a new tune, a tune to look for her grandson's body. It was actually hidden between two stone slabs. It has decayed over time but she played the tune more and the body soon replenished to it's former beauty. It just laid limp due to lack of a soul. She put the body in a pouch of hers and went back to the mountain.
Wei Wuxian was still asleep when she returned. That gave her more time to bring his real body to her cultivation room. There, it was a cool environment so the body won't decompose but it will slowly give spiritual energy. She actually took the spiritual energy from Wei Wuxian's body that he was in, instead of closing it. She just made him think she closed it. She then transferred the energy to his real body. That energy will help rebuild his new golden core.
Wei Wuxian will have his life and body back, and she is determined, even if he were to leave the mountain later, to allow her grandson to return whenever he pleases. She did not want to lose her last piece of what her daughter left. She will help this boy, and she will make sure that he gets back to his former glory. He deserves to be happy and with his love. She wondered where that boy might be and thought she could go speak with him. Hear his side and concerns for Wei Wuxian. She left the note she wrote for Wei Wuxian before going to the burial mounds and went to go find the boy that her grandson loves so dearly.
Lan Wangji, has had his hands full. Keeping things in order in Cloud Recesses while his brother was in seclusion, and meeting with clan leaders twice a month to discuss any important new happenings within their clans. At that moment, he had the day to himself, so he sat at the table in the Jingshi (Silent Room) drinking tea. His door was open to let people know that he was in if they needed to speak with him. He doesn't normally let people in his home, but since becoming Chief Cultivator and temporary Clan Leader, he has to be more open.
"Hanguang Jun," Sizhui greeted as he stood at his door.
"Come in, Sizhui," He told him.
"I was just coming to inform you that there is a woman in Yashi who wishes to speak with you," Sizhui said, "She said it has something to do with Baba."
