The league has had Bakugo for about a week, and the kid's a lot stronger than you'd think. The main information Shigaraki's been wanting from the kid was stuff on the heroes that work at UA and what plans they may have. We got a little information on the heroes but that's about it. It's slowly starting to get harder to get any information out of him at all.
Today was my day to try to get more info out of Bakugo. We've been alternating every day as everyone had their own methods of getting said information. We've also been doing it that way because Shigaraki's fairly certain that the heroes are getting close to finding Bakugo. He's been having those who aren't getting info help him move everything in the base to a new one, leaving a couple on lookout.
"So kid, you going to cooperate or make things difficult today?" I asked once I entered the room. Bakugo had his head down but I could see him shift his gaze to stare at me.
He scoffed, "Like I'm telling you anything else asshole. I've told you everything that I'm willing to tell."
I laughed, "Well, sadly for you, what you've told us isn't good enough. Looks like you and I get to have some fun then." I said with a sadistic smile.
The next couples hours consisted of me slowly burning Bakugo's arm with my quirk, just enough to hurt. He already had cuts, bruises, and a couple broken fingers from the previous members so I thought it may not take too long for him to talk with the amount of injuries he already had.
I was wrong. The brat still didn't talk. On hour 4 I was finally starting to get frustrated. His arm looked like hell and had to hurt but he still refused to say anything more. I removed my flamed hand from his arm and deactivated my quirk. I scoffed and turned to walk out the door, "I'll be back later." I said, my voice agitated. I went over at sat down at the bar, "Pour me whatever we still have here."
Kurogiri, who was currently standing behind the bar cleaning glasses, did as I asked. He momentarily stopped what he was doing and poured some alcohol into one of the clean glasses. He handed me the glass and I instantly downed it. "You ok Dabi?" Kurogiri asked.
"Never better." I replied before laying my head onto the bar.
"The kid's probably being difficult and it's frustrating him." Shigaraki said from the couch.
"Wow, so smart." I replied, making Shigaraki laugh.
"You'll be fine, just keep at it. I'm sure he'll break eventually. Besides, we probably have a couple more days-"
Just then Toga burst through the door, terror spread on her face. "Guys, the heroes are on their way here for Bakugo." She said, her voice shaking.
Shigaraki sighs, "I take back what I was about to say. We can't afford to try and fight right now. We're leaving. Dabi and I already have decided on our next move. Go gather everyone that's still here, we're leaving."
"What about Bakugo?" Toga asked.
"Leave him. We'll make due with the little information we managed to get. There's no use luring them to the new place." Shigaraki replied. Toga went off and gathered the other members of the league. Once everybody was gathered Kurogiri opened a warp gate and we walked through, managing to arrive to the new base long before the heroes could catch us.
-----------------------------------
"Looks like we were able to get away without them
following us." Magne says from the other side of the room, the rest of the league crowded on the couches im the living room of the new base. We were currently watching the news to make sure nothing about us was leaked and that the heroes didn't know of our new location. News really spreads fast.
Shigaraki leaned back into the couch and rested his arms on the top of it, "Yeah, looks like we're in the clear." He said with a smile on his face. "Now that we can take a second to rest how about I show you all to your new rooms? I've been prepping this place for a move since Spinner got in."
The league agreed and Shigaraki got up to lead everybody to their new rooms. The rooms seemed to be a lot nicer than the old base from what I could see. Hell, the whole base was. It actually looked like a decent living place rather than some run down building. We got to the end of the hallway and 2 rooms remained. "This is your room." Shigaraki said to me, "Mine's the one at the end."
I smirked, "You like my room being right next to yours, huh?" I teased.
Shigaraki's face flushed, "Y-You're just always quiet, it's peaceful at night. Just go inside and check it out."
I laughed but listened, turning the door knob and walking into the room. The room was bigger than the other members' rooms. It wasn't by much but you can definetly tell the other rooms had less space in them. The few items I had brought with me when I joined the league were here along with items that I didn't previously have. The bed was bigger and there were more books and clothes in it, along with a tv on the dresser that was opposite of the bed. There was also a small bathroom off in the corner of the room. I looked back at him, confused, "Why's there so much shit?"
"You're my second in command, right? I figured you should have a better room than the rest of the league. Kurogiri and I went out one day to get you some more stuff since you had so little to fill the room. Do you like it?" Shigaraki asked, his gaze focused on the ground.
I felt my cheeks start to flush at the thought of Shigaraki getting me stuff simply because I barely had anything. "I- Yeah, I like it a lot. Thank you."
Shigaraki's face lit up, "Good, I was scared you weren't going to. I'll leave you alone to get adjusted, if you need me I'll be next door." He said before leaving.
The second he left I covered my face. Why the hell was I getting so flustered around him? This feeling's starting to become way too much of a habit and I don't like it. I wanted to get this out of my head so I went over the the nightstand next to the bed, finding the files Shigaraki had brought me over the last week or so on top. I grabbed one of them and started going through it, deciding it best to get started on my next plan.
