Everything's Probably Fine

A warp gate opened a few seconds after Tenko called Kurogiri, and just like that we were back at base, a couple league members already there. Toga smiled when she noticed us, "Hey, good to see you guys made it back." She said, her face falling a little when she saw the condition Tenko's in, "Is Tomura alright?"
"I'm fine, I just need Dabi to get me to my room." Tenko replied, indicating for me to keep walking. I do so and guide him to his room.
I helped him sit down on his bed then crouched in front of him. "Are you alright? Any bad injuries or anything that hurts?" I asked, slightly paniced. His face was burnt so I wanted to see the condition of the rest of his body.
"My arms hurt but there shouldn't be anything major, I was careful like you said to be." Tenko said, smiling.
I smiled back and pressed my lips to his. "I'm glad you made it back ok. Do you mind taking off your hoodie just so I can check everything out?" Tenko agreed, slid off his hoodie, and threw it to the floor.
I noticed immediately that his arms had a few bruises on them and so did his chest and back, though there seemed to be no injuries to his abdomen which felt like a weight off my chest. "So? Do I have Dr. Touya's confirmation that I'm alright?" Tenko asked.
I laughed, "Yeah, for the most part. You have quite a few bruises spread around your body but that's about it. Well, that and the burns you have on your face." I replied, carefully placing my hand over the burn on his cheek.
"I should call the doctor, ask him to do an ultrasound and make sure there's nothing wrong with the twins. Just because there's no outside damage doesn't mean that everything's fine." Tenko sighed, looking down and placing a hand on his abdomen.
I put an arm around him and pulled him close to me. "I'm sure that they're alright Tenko. If there was something wrong you'd be in pain."
"It still wouldn't hurt to look just in case." Tenko replied, resting his head on my shoulder.
"You have a point, we'll call him later. For now just rest, we can deal with everything else later. Do you need anything? Food? Water?" I asked.
"Can you get me some of that green tea ice cream that's in the freezer?"
I looked at him weird, "Don't you hate green tea flavored stuff?"
"Cravings babe, get used to them." Tenko replied before moving underneath of the blankets and rolling onto his side.
"Right, I'll go get that. Be back in a sec." I said before going out to get Tenko's requested food. When I got to the kitchen and went to the freezer Toga ran over to me.
"How's the boss? He doing ok?" She asked, watching as I scooped the ice cream into a bowl.
"He's fine, just needs to rest." I replied, grabbing the bowl and a spoon before putting the ice cream back in the freezer. Toga attempted to hold conversation but I ignored her, quickly going back to Tenko's room. "Your savior's back."
He sat up and looked at me, "Savior's a bit of a stretch, don't you think?" Tenko asked, taking the bowl as I handed it to him.
"Maybe, a guy can dream though." I replied as I got into the bed next to Tenko, resting my back against the mound of pillows he slept on.
"I do appreciate the things you do for me though. I appreciate them a lot." He said, leaning back against me.
I leaned over to kiss his temple, "I'm more than happy to do those things for you. It's the least I can do, you know?" Tenko simply nodded, setting the empty bowl on the nightstand and turning into me, holding me close as he closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.

When Tenko woke up from his nap yesterday he did what he said he'd do and called the doctor about coming in to check on the twins. While Tenko was getting changed I was lying on his bed looking through the news. Apparently later today Endeavor was going to be doing an interview on my reveal video. Now this, this is one thing that I cannot afford to miss.
When Tenko came out of the bathroom I told him about it. "Well, only one way to make sure we get back on time. Let's go, yeah?" Tenko said. I rolled off his bed and followed him out to the living room. "Kurogiri, we need a warp gate to the doctor's office."
"If that Endeavor interview comes on pause it and wait for me. I need to see it." I told the league as Tenko dragged me through the gate.
"Welcome boys, shall we get right to it?" The doctor asked the second we stepped foot in his office.
"Yeah, let's do that." Tenko said, grabbing onto my hand as he followed the doctor out of the room.
"Have you been feeling any kinds of abdominal pain or noticed any bleeding Shigaraki?"
"No, I haven't. I know they're probably fine but it'd ease my mind a lot to get them checked out." Tenko replied, squeezing my hand.
The doctor laughed, "But of course, they're your children. Now, please go sit down, I'll go get the equipment." Tenko and I sat down and waited around for the doctor who came back about 5 minutes later.
He started the ultrasound the second he got into the room, Tenko grabbing onto my hand again as he turned on the machine. I felt Tenko's grip loosen as the silhouettes of the twins appeared of the monitors, their heartbeats faintly in the background. "As far as I can tell everything's still perfectly fine. It seems that during the fight you were able to do a good job and limiting yourself enough to the point that you didn't hurt them."
"Good, that's a whole weight off my chest." Tenko said, letting out a breath that he had probably been holding for a while.
"One twin is slightly smaller than the other but that's fairly common and nothing you should be worrying about. You're at the 4 month mark, in the upcoming weeks you should be able to start feeling them move if you haven't already so prepare yourself for that. Any other questions?" The doctor asked, looking between us. When neither of us said anything he turned off the machine, "You're free to go, see you in a couple weeks."
"Now then," Tenko said, turning to me with a smile, "let's get you home to watch that interview."
