It's Happening Now?

Over the last couple weeks Tenko's barely left my room. He says that he was starting to be in more and more pain as the days went on so I haven't been making him get up to do anything. I've been cooking for him and bringing it to him along with anything else he may need simply so that he didn't have to move.
The past 24ish hours have been some of the worst for him. I heard him constantly taking in sharp breaths and he practically curled into himself every other minute. It didn't help that last night he wasn't able to sleep at all due to the pain. I hated seeing him like this. I did my best to hold and comfort him but I felt so useless because there wasn't anything that I could do to actually help him.
"Touya?"
"What do you need love?" I asked, turning my full attention to him.
"Can you run to the drug store and see if they have any pain relief shit I can take? I can't handle this anymore."
"Of course, let me throw on a hoodie and I'll go." I replied, kissing his head before getting dressed and heading to the store. Before I left base I threw on a facemask and pulled my hood up, knowing damn well the heroes won't hesistate to try and ambush me if I'm found.
When I got to the store I instantly started roaming the aisles in hopes of being able to find what Tenko needed quickly. This of course wasn't what happened as nothing's ever that easy. It took me at least 20 minutes to be able to figure out where the hell I was supposed to be looking. When I finally found the right section I started looking through each individual bottle, reading the ingredients and warnings on them to make sure it's safe.
After another 30 fucking minutes I finally found one that Tenko could take. As I was walking back to the front of the store my phone started ringing, Toga's contact popping up. "What do you want crazy?" I asked when I answered the phone.
"Dabi! You need to get back here now! Tomura's water broke, he's having the twins!"
My body froze, "Like, now? T-This is happening right now?"
"For fucks's sake- Yes! It's happening right now! Hurry up, he fucking needs you, he's been calling out for you for the past 10 minutes." Toga said, I could slightly hear Tenko crying in the background.
I didn't need to hear anymore. I darted out of the store as fast as my legs would take me. No matter how tired I got or how much my legs hurt I didn't stop running, I had to get back to Tenko. I ran faster and faster until I busted through the base's front door, completely out of breath and probably looking insane. "Where is he?"
"He's in the bathroom in your room with Toga. She called the doctor and he should be here soon." Magne said.
I nodded then quickly went off to my room, opening the door and bolting to the bathroom. When I opened the bathroom door I saw Toga sitting on the floor with Tenko, holding his hand. I rushed to his side and took his other hand, "Tenko."
Tenko's breathing was heavy, he smiled when he realised it was me, "Touya, I'm tired."
I swept the hair out of his face, "I know love, I need you to stay awake though, you just have to do this for a little longer." I said as Tenko squeezed my hand. "How long did the doctor say it'd take for him to get here?"
"He should be here any minute, when I told him it sounded like he was rushing to gather things." Toga replied. I nodded, focusing souly on trying to help Tenko.
A few minutes later there was a knock on the door and the doctor walked in, a duffel bag in hand. "How's Tomura doing?"
"I hurt. Hurry up, I want them out." Tenko said, clutching his abdomen as he took a sharp breath.
"Yes, yes. Toga, Dabi, if you would please take your leave-"
"Touya's fucking staying. Don't even try asshole." Tenko snapped at the doctor.
The doctor sighed but didn't fight, "Fine, Toga could you please go wait in the living room?"
"Yeah, sure." Toga said, giving Tenko's hand one last squeeze before she left.
"Dabi, can you try to elevate Tomura's back? It should put him in a slightly more comfortable position." The doctor instructed.
I did as I was told and moved behind Tenko and sat on my knees, lifting his back up and resting it against my legs. "Better?" I asked him, yet again moving his hair out of his face.
Tenko nodded, "A lot better."
"Alright Tomura, I'm going to remove your pants so I can check to see how dilated you are." The doctor said. Tenko didn't respond, he instead turned his head so he could rest his face on my chest. I started threading my fingers through his hair in hopes of getting him to focus on my touch rather than everything else going on, I'm not sure how effective it is but his face looked a little more relaxed.
"How much longer's he got?" I asked the doctor.
"He's surprisingly farther than I thought he would be. He should be able to start pushing within the hour. I just need to keep an eye on everything." The doctor responded.
So, for the next hour I did my best to keep Tenko occupied and focused on anything besides the pain. I felt relief when the doctor said that Tenko could finally start pushing as I was terrified that I wasn't doing anything for him.
As more time passed I could tell that Tenko was only feeling more pain. I offered him my hand to squeeze as I know that it can help to have something to squeeze, and with every push his grip kept getting tighter and tighter.
"I can see the first ones head." The doctor finally said. Tenko's face was a whole mess of emotions, I couldn't tell what he was feeling right now. After about 15 more minutes I heard a baby's cries, meaning the first twin was finally here. I saw the doctor cut the umbilical cord, clean him off, then wrap him in a blanket. "Hold him for me Dabi, the second one's coming."
I leaned over Tenko and grabbed my son from the doctor, my heart fluttering the second he was in my arms. "Alright Tomura, here comes #2." The doctor said, earning a groan from Tenko.
"Great, I'm so excited."
