A while later our second son was here, the doctor repeating what he did to the first and handing this one off to Tenko as he did whatever else it is he had to do. I handed our first son off to Tenko aswell, knowing that he'd probably want the chance to be able to get a good look them together.
   I was right.
"Touya-" Tenko said, looking up at me.
   "What is it love?"
"I love them. I love them so much." Tenko replied as tears streamed down his face.
I took this moment to get a good look at our sons as well. They had my eyes along with the same red hair I had when I was a kid, though chances are it'll turn white later on like mine did. I could tell instantly that their eye shape and nose were Tenko's. They also had the same mole that Tenko had under his lip.
"Yeah, they're beautiful." I said, leaning down to place a kiss on Tenko's forehead.
"Alright," the doctor started, grabbing a clipboard and a couple pieces of paper, "I'm going to get started on filling out the birth certificates. What are their names?"
"The one in my right arm (first born) is Hiroto and the one in my left arm (second born) is Hiroshi. Their last name is Todoroki-Shimura." Tenko replied. The doctor looked up in surprise at first but didn't say anything, he just wrote down the names.
"Did you want Tenko Shimura to be your name on the certificate?" The doctor asked.
Tenko nodded, "I do. Touya's using his real name so I am aswell." The doctor nodded and continued to fill everything out. After a couple minutes he took the twins from Tenko for a couple minutes to do things like weigh and messure them, then quickly returned them to Tenko.
"Well then, I'm going to give the certificates to Dabi and then I'm done here. For the next couple days you should be on bed rest. Let Dabi take care of the twins and do everything until your body has recovered a little. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to me." The doctor said while handing me the birth certificates. As he left he turned back to look at us, a small smile on his face. "Congratulations boys, you'll make fine parents." With that he took off, leaving Tenko and I alone with Hiroshi and Hiroto.
"How about I move you guys to my bed so I can clean up in here, yeah?" I asked Tenko. He nodded so I carefully picked him up and walked him to my bed, helping him slide pants on before I went to clean up the bathroom.
About half way through I heard the twins start crying and Tenko start to panic. I stood up and peaked out the door, Tenko seemed frozen in place. He looked over and saw me, slight relief in his eyes. "Touya, w-what am I supposed to do?"
I laughed, "They're probably hungry, try feeding them." I replied. Tenko's face turned red but he nodded.
"Can you go get them bottles and help me? I-I don't know how to do this." Tenko begged, his face even redder. I of course agreed and went to the kitchen to get the twins' bottles ready. When they were done I walked back into the room, feeding the twins as Tenko held them. As soon as they finished I went to clean out the bottles then went back to cleaning up the bathroom.
Once the mess in the bathroom was completely cleaned up I grabbed the trash bag to go throw it away. When I walked out the door I saw Tenko leaning on the wall, sleeping with the twins passed out in his arms. I sat the bag down and took my phone out, snapping a picture that I'll never tell him I have before continuing what I was doing.
When I walked to the front door I noticed the league jump up from their spots in the living room when they heard me approach them. Toga rushed over to me, "How's Tomura? The twins? The doctor didn't tell us anything, he just left. We heard them cry and that's about it."
I smiled and placed my free hand on her head, "Crusty's fine, so are the boys. Relax, alright?" I said, Toga's body quickly relaxing.
"Can we go see them?" Twice asked.
I shook my head, "They're all sleeping right now. Let them be for now, the second they wake up I'll come get you guys." I replied, continuing my trip to take out the trash. After I finished I went back to my room, quietly opening the door as to try not wake up Tenko or the twins, though once I was inside I noticed that Tenko was now wide away. "Hey."
"Hey. I'm surprised I was able to get them asleep on my own." Tenko said quiety, a soft smile on his face.
"I'm not, I already knew that you would be a good dad. Judging by everything I'd say that they already adore you, they look so peaceful." I replied, sitting down next to Tenko and placing my arm around him, pulling him close while making sure that I didn't wake up the twins in the process.
Tenko leaned is head against my shoulder, his smile never fading. "I didn't think that I'd end up getting attached to them so quickly. Like, I knew that I loved them for months now but this is a whole different feeling that I wasn't expecting."
"Yeah, I get what you mean. The only other person that I've ever had this much love for is you." I replied, leaning my head against his.
"Fucking sap." Tenko said, a soft laughing escaping his lips. "Thank you, for convincing me to keep them. I've thought about this a lot while I was pregnant with them, but I don't think that I could even begin to imagine a world without them existing anymore. You and them have become my purpose in life so fast that it's so crazy for me to even think about. I went from having nothing to everything so fast, I don't know what I did to deserve it."
"And you call me a sap." I replied, placing a kiss on the top of his head, "You took me in and gave me everything, that's what you did. Here I thought I was going to live on the streets alone for the rest of my life but here we are. You're the reason things became so perfect."
"Maybe. All that matters to me anymore is that I have you and the twins. As long as I have you I think that everything'll be alright in the end, hopefully the league'll be by our side the whole time too."
"We're family, I don't think we could get rid of them if we tried." I replied, making Tenko laugh.
"You're not wrong, but even if we could I wouldn't want them gone, they make life exciting."
"Life's about to get even more exciting when they grow up. Stressful too." I said, looking down at my sons who were still passed out in Tenko's arms.
"Everything's perfect right now."
I nodded, "Everything's exactly how I'd want it to be. I almost wish this moment would never end but at the same time I know that there's so much more waiting in our future. So with that, will you continue to stay by my side and be my number 1 through it all?" I asked, pulling out a small silver and blue ring I had in my pocket.
Tenko froze, "I-Is this you-"
"It is."
I saw tears start to fall from his eyes. "You asshole, proposing like this when I have kids in my arms and can't even wipe away my tears." Tenko said, a slight laugh behind his words. "Yes, of course. Through it all I'll stand by you. It's me and you, forever. I promise."
