A couple more months go by and it's finally to a point that Tenko is well enough to continue leading the front. He could've started again a few months ago, but he wanted to wait until he felt that he was fully able to run everything to his full ability again. Tenko's always wanted to give his leadership positions his all and it's relieving to see that that hasn't changed.
For the past couple weeks I've been taking care of the twins almost completely by myself to give Tenko time to prepare everything that he would need for today. I heard him constantly giving himself speeches in the bathroom and it was honestly the highlight of my day. I can tell how excited he is to get back into this, it genuinely makes my heart flutter when I see him this happy over something.
When I woke up Tenko was gone, though that's been a reoccurring thing for a couple days now. I walked into the bathroom and found him standing in front of the mirror, once again practicing his speech. "How long've you been doing this?" I asked him, leaning against the door frame.
"Not too long, couple hours." He replied.
"You're gonna do great ya know, you're a natural when it comes to this kind of thing."
"Maybe, I'm just nervous. I've been out for basically a year now, I want to come back better then ever, show that I'm still well fit to be their leader." Tenko said, looking down at the sink.
I walked behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist. "You're going to be perfect, you're always perfect. You've been working non stop since the twins were born for this, you'll do absolutely amazing." I told him while leaning down to kiss his cheek.
Tenko leaned back against me, "Your reassurance always somehow helps. It still baffles me."
He turned around and pulled me into a kiss before going back to his speech in the mirror. I went off to the kitchen as I desperately needed coffee and found Toga and Twice at the kitchen table. "Hi Dabi! Where's Tomura?" Toga asked.
"Still practicing his speech, he'll probably be done soon." I replied, going to the machine and filling up a mug. I sat down and talked with Toga and Twice until Tenko walked out and told me to go get ready while he took care of the twins.
I did what he said and went to go change. When I finished I went to the twins' room, finding Hiroto in his crib already dressed. I picked him up and turned to Tenko, "You sure we shouldn't just leave them here? It'd probably be better if Kurogiri watched them rather then bringing them with us." I said as Tenko dressed Hiroshi.
"It'll be fine, they'll practically be growing up around the front anyway." Tenko responded.
"Fair enough. Let's get going, yeah?"
Tenko took Hiroshi in his arms and then slung a bag over his shoulder, "Yeah, the league's probably waiting."
"You're bringing the twins with us?" Toga asked when we got to the living room.
"I tried to talk him out of it but he's persistent. Let's just head over, they'll kill us if we're late." I said, motioning to Kurogiri to open a warp gate.

"Shigaraki! Welcome back! It's so nice to see- Why are there babies? Did you-" That annoying ass big nosed guy began, rolling over the second he saw Tenko.
"Because there are. Do I need to explain myself to you? It's none of your business what I have or haven't done." Tenko told him, handing me the bag he had slung over his shoulder.
"Well, I just-"
"Drop it, got it? If it's not your business stay out of it." Tenko snapped, somehow making Hiroshi laugh. Tenko smiled and pressed his finger to Hiroshi's nose, "Glad you find this funny, kid."
"We doing this or what?" I asked.
"Uh- Y-Yeah, let's go." The big nosed guy said, leading us to the stage. Before we got on stage Tenko handed Hiroshi to Toga, who became bubbly the second she got him.
Once we walked on stage cheers started coming from the crowd when they saw Tenko. Tenko raised his hand to silence the crowd as he approached the front. The second everyone was silenced he looked over the crowd, a small smile on his face. He laughed, "Damn it feels good to be back." Tenko said before taking his seat.
"Thank you all for gathering here today for the return of our leader Tomura Shigaraki! Shigaraki's been out for about a year now and he has finally returned to lead us to victory! Take it away, Shigaraki." The big nosed guy announced, making Tenko roll his eyes.
"Yes, thank you ReDestro. I may have been out for a while but I assure you that I've been hard at work this whole time. Though it was a while ago, I would like to thank you all for assisting Dabi in the battle against All For One, I know it took a lot to work alongside the heroes but I truly appreciate your efforts and hard work-"
The crowd cut off Tenko, people screaming and cheering from within the crowd. Tenko once again raised his hand up, continuing once the crowd was silenced. "Now then, for our next course of action I want to move on to making our biggest move yet. I want to move on to firing a direct attack on the commission. We've fought heroes and we were even able to defeat the world's most dangerous villain, I know damn well that this is more than possible for us to accomplish." Tenko said.
Tenko stood up and walked to the front of the stage, holding up his arm, his hand in a fist. "Now is our time to take action! Now is our time to finally prove to everybody that this world that they know of isn't all that it's cracked out to be. We've already made the first step with Dabi releasing his story to the world, but that isn't good enough for the commission.
We will go to even greater lengths and break the commission, taking the same thing that they had taken from us. One day they'll all realize that their heroes are no more than a fantasy. We will finally get back our freedom. When that happens they'll kneel to us, they'll see just how superficial their heroes were. We'll rule the new world, and with all of you behind me we can do this. This will be our world. A world of true justice, better than any world the heroes could ever create. In this new world you will all finally be able to live freely and finally feel safe. Thank you for entrusting me with bringing you all this future. I promise, I will not fail you."
