Naming a Replacement

It's been a couple of weeks and Tenko's been doing his best to stay on top of being the league and front's leader. The twins started moving not that long ago and it's something that Tenko complains about constantly. According to him it's one of the most uncomfortable things that he's ever dealt with. I can only imagine how weird it must be.
Today the entirety of the league had to attend a Liberation Front meeting to discuss the results from the battle a few weeks ago. The old Liberation Army members have gotten in all of the casualties and results from the fight and have sent them to Tenko, who was currently reviewing everything.
"You know, we actually didn't end up doing all that bad. We had a lot less casualties than the heroes did, so that's a good thing, right?" Tenko asked, moving his head up to look at me. He was currently sat in between my legs on his bed, one of my hands rubbing circles on his abdomen as it's what he has me do when the twins move too much for his liking. How much effect does it have? Hell if I know, but if he says that it helps I can't really say no to him.
I looked over his shoulder at the results and he was right, the heroes lost a larger percentage of people than we did. "That's actually fairly impressive, I didn't think we'd be able to pull off these numbers."
"Right? This is good, we can use this as an advantage for future battles." Tenko replied. "We have that meeting soon, right? I should probably get out of bed and get ready, though you're really warm and I'm tempted to blow it off cause of it."
"You're not skipping the meeting, go get changed. You have me all night." Tenko sighed but got up. He's basically been taking over my wardrobe as my house clothes are very oversized and are the only clothes in the base that still fit him, though we both know that won't last much longer. Especially with how fast the twins are growing.
Tenko came out of the bathroom, his eyelids half closed. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his waist. "Don't look so tired, you'll be back in bed soon enough." I said as Tenko rested his forehead on my chest.
"I don't wanna go, walking sucks and my back and feet hurt." Tenko complained.
I rubbed his back, "I know love, just put up with it for a little longer then you get to come back and be lazy the rest of the day. I'll even be nice and cook you whatever you want when we get back." This caught his interest.
"What're we waiting for? Let's go." He said, taking my hand and walking out of the room. I laughed but let him pull me along.
"Hey boss, ready to leave?" Toga asked, looking over at us from the couch.
"Yep, let's get this thing over with."
------------------------------------
As usual we were ushered onto stage almost immediately, though this time I managed to keep them from trying to push or force Tenko to do anything. No way in hell was I letting them shove him onto the stage like they usually do. As I was walking Tenko onto the stage the guy with the big nose and the wheelchair came rolling up to us.
He looked Tenko up and down, his face falling. "You got a fucking issue?" I snapped at him, not appreciating how he was looking at Tenko.
He jumped, "I- No! I was just uh- A-Are you alright Shigaraki? You look uh-"
"Say it. I fucking DARE you." I interrupted, shooting daggers at him.
"Touya, relax. I'm perfectly fine ReDestro." Tenko said.
"A-Are you sure? You just uh-" I stared back at him, completely pissed off. "N-Nevermind!"
He left us alone as we walked out onto the stage, Tenko taking his place in the seat they always have set up for him. We had to stand around and wait for a couple minutes, and seeing as I was right next to him Tenko took this as an opportunity to get in a couple more complaints about the twins moving. I'm quickly learning that this is becoming one of his favorite things to do.
When it was finally time to start he took a deep breath and began. "Paranormal Liberation Front! I want to thank you all for taking the time to gather here today along with the hard work you put into that battle with the heroes. Thanks to ReDestro and Skeptics's hard work, I have recieved the results of that battle and I am proud to say that have have proved victorious over the heroes in this fight." Tenko said, the crowd quick to cheer.
Tenko held his hand up, sliencing the crowd before continuing. "As accomplishing and celebration worthy as this is, we can't rest or celebrate yet. With this battle brought a lot of casulaties to our side, more deaths than injuries. While on the hero side it was more injuries than deaths. Although we still have the numbers we, can't let this victory make us cocky. That's how we lose this war. I need you all to work harder these next few months or so, especially because I'll be out of commission for a while." Chatter filled the room as I looked at over Tenko. I didn't know he was doing this.
"S-Shigaraki, what do you mean you'll be out of commission?" The pointy nosed guy asked.
"I mean I have more important things I need to focus on at the moment. I won't be able to give the front my full attention." Tenko replied, gently placing a hand on top of his abdomen.
"W-Wait, what do you mea-"
"I won't be answering any questions." Tenko turned back to the crowd, "As I'll be out, along with Dabi, I name Mr. Compress as head of the Liberation Army until I'm able to come back. There will be no debating this. I've already talked to my colleagues and have decided that this is the best route for us to take. Mr. Compress, if you will." Tenko said, Compress stepping to the front of the stage.
"I am deeply honored to have been named as Tomura Shigaraki's temporary replacement as head of the Paranormal Liberation Front. I promise to be as good of a leader as Shigaraki and to do whatever I can to help us all succeed in our mission of overthrowing the hero society. That is all." Compress says, finally calling and end to this meeting.
