"So," I panted as we trudged through the thick vegetation in the humid woods. "How far to go?"
"Uh," Daniel watched as Maddie landed on the soil again after what seemed like for the tenth time. "I have no idea whatsoever. Ask Maddie."
"About a day or two's journey, I guess. We're barely even halfway there." Maddie wiped tiny beads of sweat off her forehead.
"Gah," Lily made a face of disgust. "2 more days of heat stroke? God, kill me now please."
"Hey, it's not that bad once you get used to it," Flynn defended. "It's really nice once you take in all your surroundings and fully appreciate nature."
Lily's face softened with guilt and regret. Realising that her comment could be taken as an insult to Natures or, (A.k.a. Flynn), she quickly apologised, "Flynn, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it that way. I didn't mean to offend you. Promise."
He smiled. "Nah, it's cool. None taken." He then gestured upwards towards the sky. The sun was setting, almost hidden fully by the large trees, colouring the once blue sky with soft hues of pink, yellow and orange. "It's getting late now, we should call it a night."
After more walking for about another half hour, Logan dropped onto the grass, chest heaving up and down rapidly. "Can we please stop for a break?"
Maddie fell down next to him on her side, facing away from Logan. "I can't...I can't walk anymore."
"Guys," I tied up my damp hair in a messy bun as sweat rolled off my arms and face, down my neck. "I think we should just rest a little. I mean, look at us."
Everyone looked half-dead and sweaty from the humid air and thick woods.
"Okay, this looks like a good spot to camp out." Noah took in the rather large clearing we were standing in.
"Wait, did anyone even bring a tent? Or even sleeping bags for that matter?" I questioned, the thought suddenly coming to me.
"Lo, where's your camping set?" Noah was kneeling on the soil and testing out the soil to see if it was suitable for setting up camp for the night.
"Oh yeah!" Logan slapped himself on the forehead. "I knew I forgot something!"
"What?" Flynn, previously squatting next to Noah on a patch of grass, rose up and squinted at Logan. "Even after I told you at least thrice to bring it?"
"Uh...maybe...?" Logan scratched his neck bashfully.
Flynn's brown eyes shrinked into little narrow slits. He looked like he was going to murder Logan at any time.
"Crap, now what?" Rachel drew a circle in the soft soil with the toe of her black and pink trainers.
"I don't know anymore," Flynn, deciding against killing Logan the Idiot, sighed heavily and walked over, adding two dots, a frown and a 'V' over the eyes, forming an angry frowny face just with a wave of his hand.
Rachel raised an eyebrow, impressed. "Cool. Natures have it good."
"Wait...Flynn!" Lily shot up from her position against a tree. "I got it!"
"Huh? What?" Flynn tilted his head to the side curiously.
"Yes! I got it! I'm a brilliant genius!"
Noah cleared his throat, not-so-discreetly coughing out the words. "Spit it out woman."
"Why don't we just use Flynn's powers to build a campsite? Like, I dunno, a little hut right here?"
"Oh, that's feasible enough. I say, why not?" Daniel shrugged.
Flynn tapped a finger on her chin thoughfully. "Hm...that's actually a pretty good idea. I'll just use the fallen logs."
Lily beamed proudly. "Credits to me guys!"
I shook my head, smiling. "Okay, take it away Flynn."
He stretched out his arms and soon, logs and tree branches were floating into the clearing.
"O...kay...now..." He murmured softly, using his arms like a traffic policeman, as the logs floated in different directions.
They pieced themselves together, like invisible glue stuck them together. Finally, vines crept up from the floor and twined themselves around the wood, acting as a support to hold the logs together.
"And voilà!" Flynn stepped back, displaying the wooden hut like a game show host.
"Woo!" Rachel cheered, clapping loudly. "Great, now let's go hit the sack! This girl needs her beauty sleep."
We all walked in into the makeshift cottage. Inside, it was hollow, with just one room big enough for the 9 of us. Flynn had even added a wooden floor so we wouldn't have to sleep on the grass and dirt.
"Well, at least this will shelter us from rainstorms and wild animals. Hopefully." Aurelia slid her hand across the rough bark of the walls.
"It'll do for now; let's just get some sleep, tomorrow we have to leave early." Logan said. "Should we take shifts to watch guard?"
"I'll go," I volunteered. "You guys get some rest. I'll call you up later."
"Wake me up in an hour's time." Daniel called from his spot on the floor.
I nodded at him and stepped out of the hut.
Sitting down on the soil, I lifted my legs up to my chest and rested my chin on top of my knees. Sighing, I looked up at the sky and at the twinkling stars above as thoughts raced through my mind.
I wonder how my parents were doing. Were they doing fine? What about Principal Nicholson? The Elementals? The other supernaturals?
The fate of all the Elementals rested on our shoulders. If we even made it to the Palace, how would we even stop our friends and classmates from going crazy and getting possessed?
What would happpen if we failed? Liam, a Light, Mia, an Electric...my mum, a Nature.
What would become of them?
I turned over, my cheek pressed against my knee. My eyes fluttered close as different memories of my friends, classmates and parents played through again in my mind.
I guess, that was for us to find out by ourselves.

So, a slightly shorter chapter today. Hope you like it anyways!
You know, I don't watch Teen Wolf 'cause they don't show it here in my country unless I search it on YouTube. But, I just realised that Holland Roden and Tyler Posey are both from Teen Wolf O.O
And I think Alexandra Daddario and Amanda Seyfried are actually quite good friends in real life Ö
My research skills are en pointe, ladies and gentlemen.

Fantasy"No...no way...that's just...impossible!" I gestured wildly to Principal Nicholson's outstretched palm. "Allison, when you're an Elemental, nothing is impossible. And you, my dear, are one of them. One of us." "I'm...I'm an Elemental?" Looking down...
