"Welcome to Mystique Academy," Principal Nicholson gestured proudly to the building behind her.
I looked up in awe,"Wow...this place is just..." I struggled to find the right words.
"Amazing? Fascinating? Mystical?"
"Exactly."
Principal Nicholson glanced sideways at me,"I have to go now, I'm running a little late. Will you be alright by yourself?"
I nodded. I might have looked confident and as cool as a cucumber, but inside I was this wreck of nerves.
"Well, okay then. Good luck, Allison." She entered the building, taking large, brisk steps.
I tentatively stepped in a few seconds after her. Looking around, I took in my surroundings. I took one step foward and stopped, examining the machine in front of me. Suddenly, a digital screen popped out, making me jump out of my skin. The words 'Name' appeared along with a keyboard. I slowly placed a finger out and typed in 'Allison Lovett'.
More words: 'Attendance taken. Do you need anymore help?'
I pressed the 'Yes' button. Icons came out, Classes, Attendance, Schedules, Maps...
Hitting the 'Maps' button, I answered the questions asked. "Supernatural...Elemental." I murmured, fingers flying on the floating keyboard.
"Element...Ice," I pressed 'Done'.
A map appeared, with a pale blue path highlighted. I stared at it, trying to commit it to memory. I set off with only 5 minutes to start of classes.
I climbed up to Level 4 and reached a pale blue door. The label next to it read 'Elementals, Ice, Class 5' with a picture of a snowflake.
Opening the door, I was met with seventeen pairs of eyes. The last pair landed on me,"Allison Lovett? I'm your teacher, Ms Kelly. Class, please give a warm welcome to our newest student."
Everyone clapped. After the applause died down, Ms Kelly said,"Allison, please take a seat next to Rachel. Rachel, raise your hand please."
A hand near the back shot up. I went over, feeling all eyes still on me. I sat down and turned to my table mate. Rachel was a girl with black-brown hair and brown eyes.
"Hi, nice to meet you, Allison. I'm Rachel Utah."
I shook her outstretched hand,"You're an Ice?"
She laughed, "Everyone here is an Ice, that's why we're in the same class."
I blushed. Stupid me - 1 point.
"It's okay," She shrugged it off,"You're new here, so you don't know much yet."
"I guess..."
"Hey," Rachel turned back to me,"You wanna sit with me at lunch?"
"Oh," Wow, a new friend already in an hour. Good job, Ally. "Your friends won't mind?"
"Friend," she corrected, "Don't stress, Maddie'll be cool with it."
"Okay, if it's alright then I don't see why not."
"Yay!" She cheered.
I beamed. Rachel's outgoing and friendly attitude already put me at ease. All my nerves were calm and relaxed. Now, I hoped the rest of the day would go just as smoothly.

The Elementals (DISCONTINUED)
Fantastik"No...no way...that's just...impossible!" I gestured wildly to Principal Nicholson's outstretched palm. "Allison, when you're an Elemental, nothing is impossible. And you, my dear, are one of them. One of us." "I'm...I'm an Elemental?" Looking down...
