It's was just an ordinary spring day at the Tower; you were curled up on a lawn chair in the terrace garden, reading [favourite book] and just enjoying the good weather.

Taking a sip from your glass of [favourite drink] you flipped the page. You looked up from your book and scanned the terrace. You had felt a shiver run down your spine, and because there was no breeze, so you assumed that you were being watched. When you couldn't spot anyone you shrugged and went back to your book.

Seconds later another chill ran across your skin and you glanced up and caught movement in the corner of your eye.

"Steve. Come on out."

Steve blushed and smiled at you sheepishly. "Oh, uh, hey [Name]!"

"What's up?" You grinned. Putting the book down you sat up and crossed your legs.

"I- uh... I need your help..."

"Sure! Of course! Anything for you hon." You smiled at him. Hon was your loving nickname for all those closest to you, and Steve being one of them had been Christened with it.

"So, lemme get this straight... You're broke and need some money to pay the rent for your boxing studio?" You asked the blushing Cap.

"Yes."

"Huh..." You leaned back thinking, "why not go to Tony... He's loaded. More then loaded."

He shook his head fiercely, "shit no!" He glanced up embarrassed for the sudden outburst of profanity. Steve didn't swear often, but when he did , it usually involved Tony. "No, not Tony..."

"Okaaaayy. Well I have a bit... It's not much but I hope it helps." You went rifling through your wallet. Steve's hands shot up and grabbed your own.

"No" he shook his head, "I don't want your money."

"Alrighty, well then what do you want?"

Steve sighed and lowered his head. His eyes settled on your intertwined hands, still attached to his. His face flamed up and he hastily let go of your hands. "I, uh... I want your help finding a job?"

You laughed, "is that a question?"

"Er, no! No not at all. I would like your help finding a job." He said confidently.

"Okie dokie! Well let's go see what the newspaper has to say for job openings!" You led Steve back into the house by the wrist, oblivious to his blushing face.

"We still get the paper?" Tony asked when he spotted you and Steve lying on the floor looking at multiple pages  strewn all over.
