Gesture Of Longing (Ron x Reader)

Ron Weasley wasn't the brightest of people when it came to relationships or love in general so of course he wouldn't realize you were in love with him since the first time you met him. Heck you didn't know yourself in till the Yule Ball that your feelings towards him were more than friends should... 

That night was magical until you had just had a lovely argument with Ron about you going to the ball with Victor Crumb. Of course Felix got revenge for you by breaking his nose but you still thought that was a bit hush. You hate the fact he didn't man up and didn't ask you his self but you weren't going alone that was for sure! 

You sat on the stairs and given up hope in trying to find Ron when someone came up behind you and before you knew it, they were pick you up and hugged you tightly. You were shocked at first then you saw that mess of ginger hair you loved so much and you hugged them back.

"I wanted to tell you something" Ron started, still hugging you.

"Oh really" you teased.

"I really don't know how to put it..." Ron said as pulled away slightly.

"Just do what your heart tells you to." You encouraged him with a smile.

The next thing you knew, he smiling back nervously and placed his hands on your hips, leaning forward and connecting your lips. The kiss was, well, magical... 

As Ron pulled away and he smiled like a idiot at you, making your blush as bright as his hair. 

"I've wanted to do that for a long time" Ron mumbled, looking into your (eye colour) eyes.

"Me too" You replied breathlessly before pulling Ron in for another kiss. 

You were now in your own little bubble, forgetting about all the horror and pain of the battle until...

"Interrupting something are we?" Came the voices of Harry and Ginny from the top of the staircase, smiling proudly at the both of you.

You and Felix were happily helping Molly finish the final part of the special dinner that you were having today because of Ron and George together successfully turned Weasley's Wizard Wheezes into an enormous money-spinner again. You were wearing lovely (Favorite colour) summer dress that went to your knees with black heels, you also had your favorite necklace on. Felix on the other hand, was wearing a long-sleeved grey shirt, a red tie and black skirt with her usual black knee high converses. 

"Mummy ! Mummy! Look Daddy and Uncle George are home!!!" Your's and Ron's children, Remus and Rose screamed at the top of their lungs and was soon followed by Felix's and George's children, Alastor , Fred and Marlene who were happily bouncing around the kitchen. 

All the kids had the famous Weasley ginger hair and their mother's eyes, making them all look so cute as they dragged you and Felix to the front door of the Burrow. 

As soon as Ron and George were in eye-sight, the kids tackled them to the ground and the two of you just follow after them. 

After the kids had hugged both of them, they got off them and moved out the way so you and Felix could have your turn. George got up first and Felix hugged and gave her a passionate kiss but Ron decided to just lay there.

"Hello darling" Ron said, pulling you on top of him instead of getting up like normal person.

"Hello sweetheart" You whisper into his ear before giving him a kiss on the cheek.

You two just lied down there for a bit and cuddled up up together until you heard Alastor, Remus and Fred let out some 'yucks'. Ron's cheeks heated up and both of you stood, still in each others arms. Then you decided to embarrass Ron further...

With a quick movement, you stood on your tiptoes and pressed your lips to his.

You heard some 'awws' and yet some more 'yucks' from the crowd around the two of you but you didn't care. You loved embarrassing your ikle Ronniekins!
